Dr. Kim Nero was busy packing up her belongings. Life wasn't the same since her son Oscar died. And things got worse when Oscar's father turned up missing—possibly dead too. And if things hadn't gotten even worse, Kim slept with Franco—who thinks he's Drew thanks to receiving Drew's memories after Franco volunteered to save Cameron, whom Shiloh abducted to have the procedure done on Cameron.
When Kim confessed to sleeping with Franco/Drew to Julian, their decision to leave Port Charles was up in the air when Julian dumped her.
Franco had his court hearing and deemed him competent, devastating Franco's wife, Liz. Kim was elated knowing she would be starting a new life with the man she's been in love—Drew Cain, or at least with the man who has his memories. Franco is Drew...the man she fell in love with.
While Kim is packing, she receives a text from Franco/Drew telling her he will be waiting for her at the pier. But as soon as Kim sends her text to Franco/Drew, she is knocked out and falls to the floor......

At the pier, Franco/Drew is waiting for Kim, who fails to show up at the pier. Instead, Franco/Drew is met by Liz.
Meanwhile, at an undisclosed location, a mysterious figure lays an unconscious Kim on a bed in a small, dark room..........
