1A had finally all filed into class. Y/n slipping in at the last minute meaning no one had a chance to ask her any questions.
It was homeroom and Aizawa had an announcement for the class.
"Because you seemed to handle yourselves well in the Shopping Centre attack the school has decided to let you patrol larger areas without my supervision."
"So, next week we'll be going to a different city and you will divide up the area between yourselves.""By ourselves?" Tsuyu asked.
"No. You will be in pairs. I have yet to decide whether I should let you choose or if I should choose for you."
"That is all. I will not be taking any questions." Causing a few students to lower their hands. At that moment Present Mic chose to burst in with as much enthusiasm, if not more, as usual.
"Who's ready to learn some cooool English?" Mic exclaimed.
Aizawa sighed and slinked out of the classroom.---
It was lunch and 1A were making their way to the lunch hall. Midoriya was talking to Y/n complimenting her on her English.
"Y/n you're amazing at English. You looked like you knew even more than Present Mic." Midoriya praised.
"I wouldn't be surprised if I do." Y/n said shrugging her shoulders.
Uraraka and Tsuyu looked at her in surprise.
"What do you mean?" Tsuyu asked."Well, I was born and grew up in England. So, it makes sense I can speak it. My grammar is horrible though. They never put much emphasis on it back home."
"You speak Japanese like a native though." Todoroki said.
Y/n nodded. "My parents are Japanese and I made frequent trips to Japan when I was a child. I've also been living in Japan for over a year."
"So you travel a lot?" Yaoyorozu asked.
Y/n hummed in confirmation. "I love traveling. I don't like staying in one place for a long period of time."
The cluster of 1A students had reached the lunch line so the conversation had come to an abrupt end. Y/n had somehow reached the back. The others fell into their daily lunch routine seamlessly.
Despite being at the school for some time Y/n had yet to have lunch in the school canteen. Due to extra training and testing she'd been doing and sorting some final things out of her enrolment she'd missed her lunch continuously.
Y/n got her food and halted, surveying the cafeteria, she wondered where to sit.
A hand grasped her by the elbow and she was pushed forward, not roughly though. Only her reflexes allowed her to save her tray of food from falling.
"What the hell?" Y/n twisted her head in the direction of the person pushing her.
"Keep moving dumbass" Bakugou growled at her steering her in the direction of a certain table.
"Rude." Y/n scoffed.
Bakugou 'led' her to his usual table occupied by the Bakusquad as Ashido had named them.
"Y/nnnnnnn." Ashido squealed.
Y/n winced from the high pitched noise her enthusiastic friend was emitting.
"Ashido use your inside voice, please." Y/n sighed.
"What's an inside voice?"
Y/n rolled her eyes and sat next to Ashido, Bakugo sitting in front of Y/n and beside Kirishima. Sero and Kaminari seated on the other end of the table.
"So Y/n." Y/n raised an eyebrow at Kaminari's teasing tone of voice.
"I heard you came to school with Bakugou today?"
