James is sick and does nothing but at least Lee is flirting with him

James' POV

James stared blankly at the wall. He had had a bad cold for few days now. His nose was plucked, he had a fever and his head hurt.
He was wrapped in a blanket and was drinking tea Thomas had made for him.
His phone was buzzing with messages. He didn't bother to read them. They were just Lee and Alexander asking about Thomas.
Alexander probably just wanted to fuck Thomas and Lee was trying to tell James how Thomas had cheated on him.
Someone knocked on his bedroom door. "Come on!" James yelled. Lafayette came in with a box of tissues. "Thomas asked me to give these to you." He was holding John's hand. James nodded slowly. "Did he go somewhere?" "He went out."
James' shoulders dropped. "I thought he wanted to be with me.."
Lafayette frowned. "He said he's gonna go to the store to buy something for you."
"Yeah yeah..can you leave me alone now?"
Laf nodded and went in his room with John.
James sneezed and growled. "What did I do wrong to deserve this?" His phone buzzed again. He picked it up.
1 new message from: Charles Lee
James rolled his eyes but opened the message. He quickly threw his phone on the other end of the bed, because Lee had sent him a shirtless selfie.
James took a breath and replied to it.
3:47 pm
James: What was that?
Charles Lee: Me ;) Did you like it~
James: No, Thomas is way better looking -_-
Charles Lee: Oh so you think a traitor and a cheater is better than an actual loyal person who actually WANTS a relationship?
James stared at the message, not knowing what to answer. Lee was..right..Sure Thomas has become better, because who knows what he does when James is not around.
James: He's not a traitor. Yes he made couple mistakes, but he's not that bad.
Charles Lee: James, please. You're lying to yourself about this.
James: ...
Charles Lee: Btw, wanna meet up sometime?
James raised an eyebrow.
James: Why..?
Charles Lee: Because I want to see you.
James: Um..I'll think about it.
Charles Lee: Cool :) See ya
James put his phone away. *Is Lee trying to..flirt..?*
He just brushed is off because Lee was an idiot.
He tried to sleep but Laf and John were laughing so loud that he didn't even have a chance to sleep. Although, he was really happy that John had found someone better than Alexander. Too bad they were being happy in James' dorm.

In the evening, James finally left his room. Laf and John were cuddling on the couch. James smiled at them and went to eat some yogurt.
He heard the front door open and Thomas came in. He kissed James' cheek. "Found you." He smiled.
James smiled up at him. "Yes you did. Also, where were you?" Thomas looked confused. "What do you mean? I was out like I told to Laf." "Yeah yeah, I know that. But what did you do when you were out this late?" James put his hands on his hips. Thomas blinked. "I was at the mall with Martha and Alexander." James' hands dropped. "Oh..did you have fun?" Thomas nodded. "Well, what did you do?"
"Tried to sleep. But Laf and John were being too loud-No, not like that, Thomas! They were laughing not moaning!" Thomas chuckled. "Oh, well I thought wrong then." He sighed. "How are you feeling?" James shrugged. "High fever, plucky nose. I'm also really hungry." He picked up the yogurt. "Now if you'll excuse me." He walked past Thomas into his room.
He heard Thomas go in his own room and talk on the phone with someone.
"I'll see you tomorrow? Cool, where? Alright that's good, see ya then." He heard Thomas say.
*He's meeting up with someone..why is he seeing Alexander though? Didn't they like hate each other?* James looked down. He picked up his phone and sent Lee a message.
7:25 pm
James: So, when do you wanna meet up? I'm sick rn so you probably need to come here.
Lee answered back almost immediately.
Charles Lee: Oops, sorry. Can't meet up at your dorm bc I have made a surprise for you that I can't bring in the dorms.
James: Oh, that's strange. Can you tell me what it is?
Charles Lee: Nope darling. But I can tell you that it will make you feel really good.
James gulped, worried.
James: That doesn't mean anything..you know like sexual?
Charles Lee: No no no! Why did you even think about that?
James: I don't know! Look, I'm really tired so we can arrange this later.
Charles Lee: 'right then.
James put his phone on his nightstand and ate the yogurt. "I wonder what he's planning.."
Laf opened the door, with his cheeks light pink. "John is gonna stay over the night. Is that fine with you?"
James nodded. "Of course. Just don't be too loud."
Laf blushed more but nodded and closed the door behind him.
James chuckled quietly and changed to his pajamas and went to sleep.
