Jesy woke up to the sound of you whimpering. She went to put her hand on your back and right when she did she felt how sticky your skin was. She frowned and put her hand on your forehead, instantly aware that you had a fever. "Y/n, Y/n wake up."

You whined and opened your eyes. "Jes?" She helped you sit up against the headboard. "You've got a fever, baby. We need to cool you down." She said as she pushed the covers off of her and helped pick you up. She set you down on the toilet seat and started to fill the tub with cool water.

She helped you out of your clothes that kept sticking to your body and discarded them on the floor. She helped you sit in the water and knelt down on the floor beside you, running her hand along your arm before grabbing the washcloth and soaking it with some water, letting it slowly drag along your chest and down to your back. You hummed and Jesy chuckled. "Feel good?" You could only nod your head.

Jesy didn't rush you, despite the fact that it was a little after four in the morning. She knew your fever was high to begin with and she was willing to do whatever it took to help bring it down and make you feel better. She put her hand on your forehead, a little relieved when she noticed that your fever was a little lower than before. "It seems to be going away a bit. Wanna get dried off now?" You nodded and she helped you step out of the tub and wrap the towel around your waist.

"We're gonna get you some medicine and then get you back to bed, okay?" You sighed as Jesy started to search through the cabinets while you dried off, in search of some medicine. When she finally found some she filled up a small cup with water and handed it to you. You put the pills in your mouth and swallowed them down with a few sips of water. Jesy put her arm around your back and led you back to bed. She helped you lay down before tucking you in under the blanket.

She laid down next to you and pulled you close to her, but kept a little space between you so you wouldn't get overheated since your fever was still there. "Thank you for taking care of me." Jesy smiled and kissed your neck a couple times. "You're welcome, my love. Goodnight." You muttered a 'goodnight' back to her before you fell asleep, feeling a little sick still but a lot better than before, thanks to her.
