NO POV

Y/N couldn't sleep, her mind racing with thoughts. Did he like me? Was it just apart of the game? Why were his cheeks burning up? What does it all mean?

She reached for her lips grazing them with her fingers imagining his soft lips were there again. She let in a deep breath again before trying to sleep again.

She turned over to find Stanley's face. His eyes widened when he saw her sudden moves. "I-I didn't think you were awake," He whispered sitting up in his sleeping bag.

"I-I haven't s-s-slept at a-all," Y/N whispered back at him sitting up as well. Stanley scooted over closer to her and took her hand, "What were you thinking about?" Y/N's mind raced, her thoughts were spiraling in plenty of directions. "I-I don't k-know." She said, looking at him and all his perfections, oh boy there were a lot.

"I had a terrible dream. I-If you want to listen to it, you don't have to, I just need to get it off my chest." Y/N gripped his hand tighter, "Of course, I-I would l-love to l-listen to your d-d-dream." He smiled at her and for a moment there was a beautiful silence.

"I-I n-need to go t-to the b-bathroom," She said quickly, letting go of his hand and standing up.

VERY SMALL TIME SKIP - Y/N'S POV

I closed the door lightly and locked it behind me. My steps were quiet, quieter then normal. I stepped in front of the mirror and looked up. My messy y/h/c hair was spiraling into different place. I can't believe I look like this. I ran my fingers through my hair trying to make it look better.

My cheeks were rosy and like always Stanley left my hand warm, I smiled at it.

I heard a soft knock at the door. I thought nobody was up besides Stanley. "Um s-s-somebody is in h-here."
That didn't stop them. They opened almost a dead slow, I was about to run to shut it when I saw painted blue nails wrap around the door.
I whispered to myself, "I haven't seen that color since my mom died."The pleasant face that I haven't seen for years was brought to my eyes.

"Mom," I whispered, my eyes were filling up with tears and I walked a step closer to her. She ran over and hugged me, I could feel her soft hands on my back and I felt happy. She brought my face in her hands and looked at me in the eyes. "I missed you honey." I hugged her even tighter and looked at her once more.

Her eyes flashed red. I stumbled back and hit the wall behind me. Stanley heard it because he knocked and said, "Are you okay in there?"

The women who looked like my mother came closer to me, sliding to the ground and crawling on all fours. I was pressed against the wall in silence.

"Y/N?" I heard the groggy voice of Beverly Marsh say where Stanley's voice was coming from.

The woman's face came up to mine and I pressed my cheek on the wall. Her heavy breathing was hot against my cheek. "Oh, how I have missed you Y/N. Haven't you missed me?" The woman's voice was morphing into something that was far from human.

My eyes flashed over to her and she was shaking, blood coming out of her eyes, mouth, and ears. The face started to morph as it ran its finger into my stomach. I looked down and could feel its finger on the other side of my body, it clenched its fist inside of my stomach. I screamed. Blood started leaking from my stomach and now my mouth and I started to scream. Tears were falling as I screamed.

I could hear the banging of everyone trying to get the door open. "I-I guess I-I woke e-e-everyone up." I coughed. Stanley broke through the door with the others behind him, the clown smiled its bloody smile before disappearing. Stanley ran up to me and put his hand against my bloody skin. With blurry eyes I saw everyone in slow motion running up to me. Beverly ran to the phone, Bill helped put pressure on it, everyone was helping me, the newcomer. I passed out.

TIME SKIP - STANLEY'S POV

My heart hurt when they pushed Y/N, but I was numb. Very numb. I sat in silence in the waiting room. Waiting for anything. I could hear the soft whispers of the loser club to the right of me and the even softer snores of Eddie sleeping on Richie's shoulder.

All I could focus on was my fiddling fingers and waiting for the doctors was like a nightmare.

"S-Stan?" Bill said placing his hand on my shoulder. "Hm?" I muttered still staring at my fingers.
"Are you okay?" Bev said with genuine sympathy in her eyes. I nodded but they saw the tears falling down my cheeks and I couldn't stop them.

I knew the loud sobs would have to come out sooner or later but I didn't expect to be surrounded by people that loved me and cared about me.

Bill dragged me to the bathroom so we could get Y/N's blood off of us. I washed my hands and saw the sink fill up with red water.
"S-Stan she is gonna be f-f-fine," Bill said with hopefulness in his eyes, "She is a very strong girl."

"I know, I know."

We walked back to the waiting room and I got back to fiddling with my fingers.

"Um hello?" We jerked or heads up and the doctor looked at me. "You can come see her now."

I walked as fast as I could, basically running to room 203 where Y/N was. I opened the door with everyone behind me. The tubes running from her body, the bloody hospital outfit, and the bloody trash can looked so unnatural for her. But she was still beautiful.

"Y/N."
