Ever since that day he was in search for who was going to be his betrothed before the Sakamaki's took her....Yui Komori was meant to be his betrothed but the Sakamaki's took her for a sacrificial bride. He is called count since he is a very noble vampire and that is his title that other vampires have to call him, even humans who know he is a vampire. The way to know he is from Dracula's family is because the Dracula family have very long and thick fangs, longer than any vampire, meaning it hurts more if his prey is bitten.
