Backstory: The Itsumi brothers are a "myth" they seem to not exist. Everyone thought they died but they were wrong. The Itsumi brothers only went into hiding. What had happened to them was too twisted to even talk about. Test subjects was what they were. Tortured, near death experiences, constant chemicals injected, into them, devil sacrifices and more. The stories spread like wildfire and rumors started being created.
Ureko contracted many diseases from the chemicals in his body. All the diseases ended up giving him something similar to split personalities. His disease started taking over his bodie like being possessed and he started killing whatever he could find. Although his real self didn't mean to. He probably killed some clans but he would have no clue. It's hard to get him out of that state since his skin is too hot to touch. All you can do is fight him until he is exhausted but then his body will go into shut down and he'll be unconscious for a while. There is always a high percent chance of death for him everytime this happens.
He knows Mateyo studies alot to try and help him but Mateyo still can't find a cure yet. So Mateyo experiments when he can to find a solution.
