Prompt: Baked Food

Forth laughed as he opened the door for them to the bakery they'd spotted on the way to the restaurant. The warm air is welcome after the chill of the fall night air. He rests a hand on the center of Beam's back as they step inside. The place was bustling with business despite the time of day.

Immediately, they are greeted with the delicious smell of the different baked desserts. The décor has a modern industrial feel to it with mostly brick walls, wooden floors, and exposed piping fixtures. A long display goes along the wall that's painted black with a chalk menu on it. Across from the bar  are couches and strategically placed small tables for two or three.

"What do you want?" Beam asked as they waited in line to place their order. Forth moved to wrap his arm around Beam's shoulder leaning in.

"Hmmm...some kind of cake, you?" Forth answered.

"Maybe some cheesecake?" Beam replied leaning against Forth.

"That sounds good." Forth murmured in Beam's ear turning in to nuzzle his cheek. Beam chuckled as they moved forward in line.

In the end Beam decided on a slice of strawberry cheesecake and Forth chose a slice of spiced devil's food cake. They gathered their treats and found a small table squished in the back. The music playing in the bakery wasn't too loud and they could talk. After two hours had passed they decided to leave.

Their chauffer was there waiting for them as they stepped outside. Forth opened the door letting Beam get inside first. The back seat was warm for them which made Beam so grateful because the wind had been frigid even with that short of a walk.

"Back to the house, sirs?" their driver asked.

"Yes." Forth answered for them as he shut the door to make sure that no more of the warm from escaped. The chauffeur nodded before raising the partition before smoothly merging with traffic.

"We should take the guys back there when we get the chance." Beam said as he leaned against Forth leaning his head on his shoulder. He intertwined their hands feeling warmth blossom in his chest from just being with Forth.

"We should." Forth agreed fondly bringing their intertwined hands up to place a quick peck on the back of his boyfriend's hand. Beam grinned tilting his head back to look up at Forth. His gaze dropping to Forth's lips before leaning up to kiss him softly. It was meant to be short and sweet but Forth's lips followed his capturing them again.

A nip to his bottom lip had Beam unbuckling his seat belt. Forth's arm reach out to catch the seatbelt but found himself with a lap full of Beam. Forth gripped Beam's hips to keep him in place. Lithe fingers tangling into Forth's silky black hair as they kissed.

"I better get back in my seat now." Beam said breathily against Forth's lips as they parted for much needed air. He felt Forth's grip tighten. Beam chuckled.

"Why?"

"Safety." Beam replied with a grin seeing the pout that Forth was trying to hold back.

"Safety." Forth parroted back. The both of them knowing it had less to do with driving and more to do with the fact that they weren't alone. He didn't want too but he finally released his grip allowing Beam to slide off his lap. Gracefully, Beam got back into his seat adjusting his clothes and putting his belt back on.

"Yes, we should discuss it when we get home." Beam smirked intertwining their hands.

"There won't be any talking." Forth replied huskily causing a delicious shiver of heat in anticipation to run down Beam's spine.
