Prompt: Lazy
Kit's shoulder twitched in his sleep waking him. His eyes fluttered open taking in the sight of the room being flooded with a warm golden glow from the midday sun. Still feeling sleepy Kit scooted back into the heat of his boyfriend's chest behind him. Ming's arm tightened around him making him smile. Ming's warmth was better than the throw blanket he'd tossed over them after building up their nest of pillows. After the bath earlier, the two of them had cuddled up on the bed to watch a movie and relax some more. Halfway through the movie, Kit had gotten a text saying that Pha was ordering everyone pizza for lunch. All too soon they'd fallen asleep.
"Go back to sleep, KitKat." Ming whispered sleepily nuzzling the back of his neck.
"We should get up." Kit chuckled gently patting Ming's hand on his stomach before trying to reach for his phone on the nightstand.
"No, we should just stay right here and be lazy today." Ming pulled him tighter to keep him from reaching the phone "You need to rest."
"We'd just be going downstairs to hang out with the others." Kit countered with a sigh adjusting himself to get comfortable despite his words. He carefully moved his injured ankle to a cooler spot on the pillow pile beneath his foot.
"Just for today." Ming childishly begged pressing a kiss to his nape.
Kit sighed closing his eyes knowing that he was going to give into the others wish. His mind focusing on the sparks of pain his ankle was giving him from being swollen. Ming was right that he should rest and what better way than together? Kit was about to agree to stay in bed when there was soft knock at the door. He didn't need to ask who it was. The knock alone let him know it was Beam. Pha would have just opened the door with no shame.
"Yes?" Kit called.
"Lunch is here." Beam called through the door before walking off.
"So...?" Ming questioned steering them back to the question at hand.
"I want some of the Hawaiian pizza before that gluttonous ogre I call a best friend eats it all." Kit replied feeling the smile on his boyfriend's lips as his neck is kissed again before quickly untangling himself to get their food.
