Once Elias gains consciousness he is dragged to his study by Lindel and Angelica.
The young girl frowns and sits in the living room with her brother, Silver and Simon.
Silver pets her hair and smiles.
(Y/n) smiles back and leans into her hand.
"I'm sure everything is fine." Simon assures.
"What were you thinking Elias?!" Angelica asks angrily. "Haven't you ever heard of protection? That poor girl could die."
"You have to be extremely careful with these next few months. This baby is half fea. You don't know what will happen." Lindel adds.
Elias sits in his chair and looks between his two friends. "I don't know what to do. I'm scared for her. But I can't help feeling excited. I'm gonna be a father. This is something Chise and I only ever talked about."
The two sigh softly in understanding. They knew the whole situation. They couldn't blame him.
"I plan on keeping an eye on her Ainsworth. She better be taken care of during this pregnancy." The purple haired women informs.
"This won't be easy. And it will be painful." Lindel speaks up and walks toward the door. He turns back to his friend. "Just remember my friend, she is human." He exits the study and goes back downstairs. Angelica looks at Elias for a few moments longer before following the blonde down.
The tall mage remains in his study, thinking everything through.
No matter what he would always be there for her.
They had talked about marriage and now would be a fine time to marry.
Elias sighs and stands up. He walks downstairs in hopes to comfort his soon to be bride.
Once he makes it back down he finds his friends saying their goodbyes to (Y/n).
"Just come visit whenever." Lindel whispers and pets the girl's head.
Elias smiles upon seeing her smile and nods.
"I'll visit soon." She replies quietly.
Elias walks over and rubs her back.
(Y/n) leans into his chest.
"I will be here every step of the way." He whispers near her ear.
The young girl takes a deep breath and nods. "I love you Elias."
"I love you as well (Y/n)." He responds and kisses her head.
Adam walks over. "Elias is mommy gonna be ok?"
The tall mage looks down at the boy. "I hope so Adam." He ruffles the boy's hair and carries his soon to be fiancée to their shared room.
(Y/n) holds on and buries her face in his chest.
Elias lays the girl in bed and moves hair out of her face. "I have something I wanna ask you."
"And I might have an answer." She responds smiling.
"I want to keep this short and simple so, will you be my bride? Will you spend the rest of your life with me?"
Tears stream down the girl's cheeks as she covers her mouth. She nods quickly and hugs him suddenly.
Elias changes into his human form and moments after her lips crash into his. He cups her face with both hands while she does the same.
The mother to be slowly pulls away for air. "Do you have a ring?" She asks quickly.
Not that she needed one.
Elias shakes his head. "No but we can go shopping for one."
(Y/n) smiles and nods.
Elias smiles and holds her close. "I truly love you darling. These past few years have made the last few decades fade away. I may not forget Chise and the time we spent together but I hope we can make more memories and live long lives that are filled with happiness and our child."
Tears stream down the girl's cheeks slowly. "I love you so much." She cries gently. "I'm so thankful that I have you and I never wanna lose you. Can we go now?"
Elias laughs slightly. "You will never lose me darling. But we can go now of course."
The mage and his fiancée stand up and they walk downstairs. They explain to Silver that they were going to town and would be back later.
The tall being moved the veil back over his face and holds (Y/n)'s hand.
They walk into town and looks around for the jeweler shop.
Upon finding it the girl got more nervous.
Then she didn't know if her sickness was caused by the baby or stress, maybe both.
She walks into the shop after Elias holds the door open for her.
The two look around for something but nothing seems to spark their interest.
"Hey Elias what if we made one? We could use a crystal." The female offers smiling.
The thorn mage thinks about it then nods. "We could try it."
The two walk to a meadow and sit down.
Elias pulls out a crystal from his pocket. He holds it in one hand while (Y/n) places her hand over it.
They both close their eyes and imagine what they want the ring to look like.
Elias is the first to look. He was shocked.
On the other hand (Y/n) began crying again. "It's beautiful." She sniffles and hides her face.
Elias places the ring on her finger and kisses her cheek. "Silver will be excited. I'm sure she'll start planning the wedding as well."
(Y/n) giggles quietly and nods in agreement.
The couple lays down and holds hands. They look at the clouds and enjoy the quiet. Soon the young woman lays on her side, asleep.
Elias looks down and smiles. He holds her close, placing his coat over her and soon falls asleep as well.
The next morning Elias carries (Y/n) back home and was scolded by Silver for sleeping outside.
Adam eats his breakfast and reads his book. His magic was getting better little by little, for his age at least. He's too young to do anything really big.
Silver makes breakfast for the couple and they eat. She forces (Y/n) into the bathroom but soon she relaxes in the water. The girl giggles and leaves the bathroom.
Elias would have joined her but Silver yelled at him not to.
Adam chuckles and goes back to his book.
Elias finishes eating and goes to his study.
It is there that Elias worries about his bride to be and their child.
All he could do was hope that both of them would come out of the whole ordeal alive. He couldn't bare to lose (Y/n) but he also wants to be able to hold his child.
Then the question of gender weighed on his mind.
What would they name the baby? Where will it sleep? What will it look like?
Finally he falls asleep, still wondering.
(Y/n) walks into the study and smiles. She grabs the items she needs and kisses his head. She turns and exits after turning off the light and closes the door.
A couple months later (Y/n) travels to the Arie.
Lindel was excited to see her. Although he was not so happy to see how much her stomach had grown.
Even in the short time of two months it looks as though she is already halfway through her pregnancy.
The young girl hugs her friend. "I'm so happy to see you. I've missed you so much." She sniffles as tears water her eyes.
'Emotional. Duly noted.' Lindel thinks to himself. He rubs her back and smiles. "I'm glad you're here. Is it true you and Elias will be married soon?"
(Y/n) nods. "We will be married next month. And we're still trying to plan. It'll be small of course. Will you come with me to pick out a dress?"
Lindel nods. "Of course darling. But that might prove difficult. Your stomach is constantly growing. Who knows how big it will be come your wedding day."
The girl nods in agreement. "I wasn't gonna get it until the day before."
The blonde was shocked but agreed. "Until then are you in need of anything?"
"Well we haven't really gotten much. Just a few gender neutral clothes. I was hoping you and I could go in now to find out the gender. I wanna surprise Elias when he comes home."
Lindel chuckles quietly but nods. "I will gladly come with you. Is he still treating you good? You know I'll come over and whip him into shape."
(Y/n) giggles. "He's constantly worrying over me. The other day Silver made him run errands so I had time to myself. I think he's just worried the baby or I might die."
"I'm sure he is. With the baby being half fae will prove to make things difficult, if they haven't already. I see the baby is growing quickly."
The girl nods in agreement. She rubs her belly gently. "Can we go now? My appointment should be coming up soon."
The blonde nods and holds her arm. They travel to the doctor and make small talk.
Upon arriving (Y/n) checks herself in and waits with Lindel for someone to call her back.
The girl leans her head against her friend's shoulder and rubs her belly.
"Do you have names picked out?"
The (h/c) girl nods. "If it's a boy (b/n) and if it's a girl (g/n)."
Lindel smiles. "Those are nice names. I'm excited to meet them."
"As am I. I just hope will be able to." She responds.
A nurse calls calls her name and the three walk to a dark room.
(Y/n) lays down in the bed and lifts her belly.
The nurse smiles and gets her machine ready. "The gel will be cold just so you know."
The girl nods and glances at Lindel.
He was looking at the machine and the screen. "The baby will show there?" He questions.
The nurse nods. "Yep." She squirts the gel and moves around the transducer.
Soon enough (Y/n)'a stomach shows up.
The eyes of the girl and the blonde widen upon seeing two small beings.
The nurse smiles as she moves around. "You're having twins, congratulations! It looks like a boy and," she moves around more. "And a girl," she continues.
Lindel and (Y/n) look at each other quickly.
"Oh god! I'm gonna die." She whispers and cries into her friend.
He holds her close and rubs her back. He holds her head as well.
The nurse looks at the two still smiling, having not heard the mother to be. She prints out a picture of the twins and hands it to Lindel. She cleans off the gel and pulls down the girl's shirt.
"I'll leave you two alone. Leave whenever you're ready."
Lindel nods once and goes back to the crying girl.
The nurse leaves and closes the door.
"I won't survive Lindel. They'll kill me I know it. I can't do this. Dammit!" She whisper yells. Her fist pounds his chest weakly.
He hums softly in hopes to calm down the distressed mother.
Soon the only sounds are sniffles and hiccups.
She pulls away and wipes her face and blows her nose.
"Let's get you home. You need to rest and we can tell Elias when you wake up. Does that sound ok?"
(Y/n) nods gently. "Please sleep with me Lindel. I don't wanna be alone."
"Of course," he whispers and pets her hair.
The two leave the hospital and make their way to the house she calls home.
Lindel walks the mother to be to the room she shares with Elias.
They lay down and he holds her close.
She listens to his soft singing and falls asleep.
He bites his lip nervously but manages to fall asleep soon after her.
