What in the H-! I thought as everyone was quieting down.
" Turn her William let her know her ways she should have been learning." Simon mentioned out loud. His voice echoing across the room. Many people shouting in agreement. While others saying no.
" No Simon. She does not know her ways, what if it causes problems in the future?" Many nodded listening to the vampire in the back that spoke poorly of me. Simon sat up, staring at the vampire and sitting firmly in his seat. I was worried why he was acting like this.
This grey haired and pale man came out of the crowd making his way towards my father. My heart skipping s beat. His purple eyes blazzing wildly I cannot remember the last time I was terribly scared. Pushing me behind him protectively my father spoke.
" Agnes we do not have to do this. She is still so young, why should we rid the right she has to continue her life? " Agnes laughed, looking at him slightly.
" William even though you made your ammend's with the council and you are on it yourself, you and I both know why this must be done." My father's light eyes grew dim and he sighed. I could not be silent anymore.
" Is it because my mother fell in love with my father?" I could tell I said the wrong thing because his eyes flashed red like fire coals. " Yes Jess, that's right. And in turn created an abomination! Your sister is fine full human which is no concern to us, but you it is."
My blood was boiling. I was so mad. Who was this old guy to diss my family this way? I wish I could smack this evil man. So I defended my father.
" Who are you to speak poorly of my father this way? You know nothing! " Dad grabbed my arm to stop me. " Jess stop! " Was all he said.
" Young lady, I am apart of the council, as well as your father, and several others. This act crime your father has done shall not go unpunished. Which is why you have a choice. To join us assuming you know everything. Or to kill you. But with the cancer it's not to long now. " I was morbid with anger. That fear I once had felt for this man was gone.
" She will be changed." Simon said stepping in. Agnes chuckled amused like. " Oh is that so Mr.Heart and are you the one who is going to do it? If you have forgotten you can not turn someone if not on the council. " Simon was going to speak, but I cut in.
" No way I already told you Simon I do not want this. " I turned to Agnes quickly.
" I would rather die knowing that my life was spent in a good way." Father grabbed me, pulling me aside by force. And then said.
" No Agnes she is confused and had no idea the things she says. " Agnes put a hand up to stop my father. " None the less a decision has to be made. And soon. Or else there will be concequences. Remember only someone from the council not your father or Simon. "
Rolling my eyes I had to think is this guy for real? Why was everyone so afraid of him. Agnes ended up leaving us alone with our thoughts. Everyone not saying a word. All of them to scared to speak. But me I was not afraid to speak my mind.
" Dad, your really going to listen to him? He is wrong about you and he is wrong about mom. He is wrong to speak the way he did." My dad spoke his voice Abit forceful.
" Jess stop! " Shaking my head I continued. " You know what upsets me the most? The fact that you just stood there and let him talk to you like that or the fact you also stopped me from defending you. "
With that slap in the face talk I also took my leave. I had no idea where I was going but anywhere was better then here.
