~Time skip, Monday~
Because I'm lazy, sue me.

"Eyyyy" Luna felt an arm swing around her shoulders. She looked up and saw Echo there. "What have you been up to, my dude?"

"Nothing much, you?" Luna asked.

"I have officially concluded that the people in my class are, drumroll please... idiots." Echo said dramatically.

"Aren't we all?" Luna asked.

"Maybe." Echo said. "But I did make a couple of friends, when do you have lunch?"

"3rd period, why?"

"Great!" Echo said, while clapping her hands. "Because you're sitting with us! No getting out of it! I only see you in French. We need more time to hang."

"If you want to hang, you are always welcome to come visit my room." Luna said. "Besides, I never eat in the cafeteria. Too loud; I can't even hear my own thoughts there."

"Didn't you hear me when I said you're not getting out of it?" Echo asked seriously.

Luna shrugged. "I can always try." As soon as she finished the sentence, the bell rang.

"Whoops, I'm gonna be late to class. See you at lunch!" Echo exclaimed before running away.

I'm surrounded by idiots.

Luna walked to her class, phone in her hand because she was addicted. She reached her class and leaned against the wall, to wait until the class started. She felt someone tap on her shoulder. She looked up and saw a brownhaired guy with tanned skin.

"Uhm... do you need anything?" Luna hesitantly asked.

"Nothing much. You are in my class, right?" The male asked. Luna nodded.

"Oh, so that's why I feel Chemistry between us." The guy winked. Luna snorted. "Was it that bad?"

"It was horrendous." Luna snickered. "But you got the guts to actually say something like that."

"Sorry, my friend dared me to go talk to you." The guy smiled.

Luna and the strange guy ended up talking for a while. She learned that his name was Eno. They talked about nothing in particular, just small talk.
Luna suddenly felt something pull on her sleeve. And then, suddenly, she felt arms wrap around her waist.

Aaliyah's POV
It wasn't anything like Aaliyah to get jealous. She always respected people's relationships, even if she did have feelings. But now, seeing Luna having a chat that seemed way too friendly, she felt something sharp in her chest. Almost like someone had stabbed her. She could hear Luna softly laugh to the guy's witty remarks. His face was a soft shade of pink, he was blushing.

Aaliyah hated it that he was so comfortable with her. I'm a jerk, I can't even let Luna have friends, or a boyfriend! She didn't know why she felt like this. Why should she feel this? Luna was her friend, nothing more. Nothing more. The words sounded bitter in Aaliyah's head. She was pulled out of her thoughts when she heard the guy make a pick-up line. Luna didn't even seem to notice. Aaliyah shouldn't get involved, right?

Maybe she doesn't feel like this with me. But I'm not letting her go without a fight.

Aaliyah walked up to the two. Was she really going to do this? It would be hella awkward. And there was a chance that Luna would push her away. Aaliyah could always tell her it was a friendship hug. She had hugged Luna before, if you counted that encounter from a week ago. Aaliyah took a sharp breath.

Here goes nothing.

She softly pulled on Luna's sleeve, in order to get her attention. Luna's eyes moved to where she felt the pull come from. Aaliyah wrapped her arms around Luna's waist, leaning her head on Luna's shoulder. Pulling her into an unmistakenable embrace.

"A-Aaliyah?" Luna stuttered, looking at Aaliyah wide-eyed. Her face was red from embarrassment.

"Yeah?" Aaliyah softly muttered. She was breathing right next to Luna's ear, making Luna go even more red.

"Oh, you must be one of Luna's friends right? Aaliye, was it?" The brunet asked. His mouth was curved into a pleasant smile, but his eyes were lookin at Aaliyah with the death glare. A glare Aaliyah returned with pleasure.

"Aaliyah, actually." Aaliyah growled softly, to not have Luna get suspicious.

"Eno." The guy grinned. His eyes were still staring Aaliyah down. Aaliyah was at this point glaring daggers.

She pulled Luna in a bit more, to which Luna yelped. Aaliyah could almost feel the heat from Luna's face. She had expected Luna to pull away already, but she didn't. Luna didn't go into the hug but also didn't pull away. Aaliyah felt something warm inside her chest when she realized this.

She heard ringing, a phone was going off. Luna reached into her pocket, to pull her phone out.

"Oh, I got to take this call." Luna said. "..."

Luna turned her head around, still being red. "Could you let go of me now, Aaliyah?"

"Of course." Aaliyah smiled while pulling away. She saw Luna walk away with her phone to her ear.

"I know what you're doing." Eno said, growling. Aaliyah turned her head around to face him.

"Good." Aaliyah smirked. "Makes you know that I'm not kidding around here." Eno's eyes narrowed, he opened his mouth to say something. But was cut off by someone.

"Eno!" Both their heads snapped around to see where the sound came from. Aaliyah saw a caramel tanned guy with long black hair that was tied together. He was scowling.

"O-Orion!" Eno called out. His eyes were wilde from shock and... fear? "What are you doing here? You have class now!" Orion looked at him, still visibly ticked off.

"So were you supposed to. The homeroom teachers are having a meeting. So the classes were dissmissed."

"G-Great!" Eno smiled, he was beginning to sweat. The three of them stood in uncomfortable silence for a while. Until Orion spoke:

"Well then, what are you still doing here? Scram!" You didn't have to tell Eno that twice. He rushed away. Orion walked away too, going in the opposite direction.
