Brielle's POV

" Hell with my life!!!" I turned to see Mr. Senator coming inside the room locking the door behind as his loosened his tie throwing his suit on the bed.

I sighed turning the volume a bit low. I was watching Pokemon but he distracted me. He was more attractive than Pikachu. I mean Pikachu is cute but he is damn hot. He was right when he said that his hotness can melt me in a blink. God!!! Stop making me crazy. Damn this guy. Damn his dashing self. I looked at Pikachu helplessly. Am I just betraying him??! I love Pikachu as well but I think I have to sacrifice this time. I pouted before turning the TV off before walking to him.

" What's wrong?" I asked him. He turned to me and sighed before shaking his head. " They agreed with the deal?" I asked him.

" Yes, they did but made a fuss before that." He said to me.

" Hmm... What about you go and freshen up then we talk?" I asked him and he sighed before walking into the washroom. I wonder what might have happened in the meeting.

I took my phone and called Mr. Kristopher. He must know what has happened. I waited for him to pick the call up. He picked the call up after 3 rings.

" Hello, who is that?" He said.

" Mr. Kristopher!! It's me Brielle Wittgenstein." I said.

" How come Brielle herself called me today?" He asked me.

" Well, I just wanted to ask you what happened in the meeting today?" I asked him.

" The deal got signed." He said.

" That's it?! Nothing else?" I asked him.

" Why?! Did you expect something much more than that?" He asked me.

" No, I just... I mean I heard from Mr. Krendler that this is not an as usual deal and there is a lot of complications. I just was a bit curious." I said to him." But it's completely ok if you don't want to talk about that." I said but wanted him to explain me about the incident so that I can help Mr. grumpy Senator.

" Well, they didn't agree with the specific conditions at first it was really annoying. Because they agreed with those conditions long back this is why the house send the delegation team here but they were not ready to accept that which enraged almost everyone in our team. So, yeah, in shot they tried to cheat on us but it was cleared after a small issue." He said.

" That's it?" I asked him.

" As for now." He said.

" Alright then. You take rest. You must be tired." I said to him.

" Yeah, bye then. You take care." He said.

" Alright." I said and hung up.

I kept the phone on the table and went downstairs to the kitchen. I made coffee for us and came back only to find him talking to someone on phone. May be his grandpa. I let him talk to his grandpa and texted everyone at home in the meantime.

" Alright, bye. Love you too." He said and I looked at him narrowing my eyes.

Love you too!!! He didn't even say that to me and saying that to someone else!!! I asked myself.

He said love you too that means the person other side told him that he or she loves him in the first place now did you tell him that you love him?! Silly girl!!! My brain screamed at once and I rolled my eyes.

He turned at the same time and found me. I expected him being shocked seeing me because I heard him saying someone else that he loves that person. But he just smiled instead of getting shocked.

" Hey, Lettie, wanna talk to Brielle?" He said and I mentally facepalmed. I am a stupid!!!

" Oh, ok ok. Do call me later." He said and hung the call up.

" Juliet?" I asked him and he nodded.

" Yeah, she wanted to talk to you but she is in the concert and there is huge hue and cry. You wouldn't get a word she says." He said and I nodded.

" I made you coffee." I said to him and he smiled before he picked up one of the cups. He suddenly pecked on my lips.

" Thanks. For the coffee." He said and I rolled my eyes. He sat next to me and turned on the TV. I smiled as I found Pikachu on the screen. Sweetheart!!!

" I don't like this expression of yours for anyone else but me." He said suddenly and I looked at him raising my eyebrows.

" Really?!" I asked him.

" Yes, let's get married." He said.

" Hmm... I am still thinking about it. Besides, you didn't convince my family yet. You have to talk to them face to face this time and I will let you know that they are very very possessive over me. You will not be able to convince them that easily." I said to him and he chuckled.

" We will see that. I was asking you." He said to me.

" I am thinking about it. Still not sure." I said to him. He rolled his eyes. " I am still thinking if there is a better option for me." I teased him. He glared at me.

" No options for you at all." He said.

I chuckled and kept the cup down on the table. I leaned on him and he narrowed his eyes at me. I took the cup away from him as I sat on his lap. He just kept watching my craziness. Who cares!!! It's him. I smiled at him sweetly and he tried to figure out what I was going to do. I winked at him biting my lips giving him a seducing eyes. He sighed deeply.

" What are you up to?" He asked me.

" Trying to figure out why didn't all those girls around you melt your heart." I said to him. He sighed.

" Because it was focused on someone else." He said and I looked at him weirdly.

" Who is that person?" I asked him.

" You." He said and I rolled my eyes.

" You know me from a few days but before that?" I asked him and he chuckled.

" That's a different story." He said.

" Were you a gay back then?" I asked him and he smirked at me.

" If I was one then you wouldn't be here sitting on my lap giving me a hard time to control my self control." He said before pulling me closer and pressing his lips on mine kissing me passionately. I kissed him back at once. I am so whipped.
