Chapter 21

August

I haven't slept at all, I've been up with my niggas trying to figure out a plan of how we will get Lyric back without her getting hurt. We knew that she's been kept in Gs house that my niggas spotted a while back. The first thing that came to my mind was rushing there and blowing all those motherfuckers head, but I can't I have to plan this well. Lyrics parents don't know anything yet, I'm not even planning on telling them, not that I want to keep it from them I just don't want the police to know about it. I want to end this shit on my own, on my own terms. And I can't do that if the police are involved, the less people that know that she's missing the better. This has me fucked up I can't wait to get my hands on him and finish him off. I was pacing back and fourth in my office when I heard a knock on my door. I motioned my hand letting him know he can come in.
"My cousin Asap works for G, I let him know what's up and his willing to work with us. I had to do some convincing and paying him more but his with us"
"How do you know we can trust him?".
"He's my blood August besides he owes me he knows better than to play dum"
"Well I'll trust your word on this one. Do we have any knew information?"
"Yes I have everything, I need everyone in here to break it down"
"Well what are you waiting for call them all in"
I waited as Tre was calling the rest of the niggas to come in my office. When they were all here he laid out a house plan he had it was on a huge paper.
"This paper right here is what's going to help us bring this nigga down, as you can tell  it's  Gs house. Now my nigga Asap is going  to be our eyes and ears on the inside, but we'll do the rest. G thinks he works for them but his actually on our side. Now what's going to happen is that Tee and your group y'all are going to enter from the back. My team and I are going to enter from the left side of the house as you can see it's another entrance to the house. Now August is going to enter from the front with 3 more guys with him. Tees group y'all are entering first, wait for Asaps go ahead he'll let you know how many guys are at the back. Make it fast use a silencer and don't make noise. When you've cleared the back let us know. And that's when we'll enter from the left, we'll do the same thing and make sure the coast is clear in the house. That's when you August walks  inside the house. Now Lyric is kept in the basement underground. There are steps leading down there. Asap will lead us down there he has to be in the front and you August will walk behind him."
"What if they notice that his not alone?"
"Well it's dark down there you don't need to worry about that. You and Asap will have to work smartly down there making sure that Lyric doesn't get caught up. We'll stay behind we can't risk being heard"
"Good job Tre...well let's not waste anytime "
We all grabbed our pistols and got ready to mess shit up. I said a little prayer by myself. Things could go either way tonight. It was 3am and we needed to work fast while it's still dark. We can't risk being seen. As much as I've done some bad things in my life I know God still loves a nigga regardless and has my back always. In times like these I know  my brother Mel is present in spirit. At this point I don't care what happens to me as long as my girl comes out alive. I promised to keep her safe and I'm going to make sure nothing happens to her. I wouldn't be able to forgive myself if anything ever happened to Lyric. It's my fault that she's in this position.
"August we ready to go"
We all headed to the trucks that were parked outside. We needed three of them tonight all my sqaud was present tonight. It was a silent drive and all you could hear was the sound of guns being loaded with bullets. A few minutes later we arrived in the area. We parked the trucks further away and walked towards the big house. We couldn't risk being seen. Tre knew how to work the security of the gate at the back he was able to open it slightly with no issues, we tried to dodge the light and walk in darkness while bended. We all got in formation and sepreated and  got ready to do what we came here for. A few minutes later I got a signal from Tre to enter, there was blood everywhere and dead bodies inside the house. They did their part successfully. I had niggas stand at every corner of the house making sure no mistakes were made. I met Asap and we left together to go down to the basement. I slowly followed behind him as he walked down the steps. I could hear voices from down there. G was really alive I heard his voice loud and clear.
"Who's that?" G called out since he heard us walking down the steps. It was like a tunnel leading underground.
"It's me Asap boss it's my shift now"
He walked towards G and entered the room that Lryric was in. I waited a few minutes and peeped to see how many guys were there. It was only G talking to a tall  man. I needed to aim for them from here luckily I had two guns I can take them both down from here in a split second. I watched them talking and I heard a loud gun sound from inside the room that Lyric was held in. G and his nigga turned fast and tried pulling out their guns. This was my perfect opportunity,  they had their backs on me. Bamm Bamm I shot them both. I walked towards them I shot again in their heads just to make sure they're really dead. A few seconds  later my niggas were running down the steps I left the scene and walked inside that room. Asap was standing next to a dead body pointing his gun at him. Lyric was by the corner tied up, the moment she saw me she broke down into tears. I ran towards her to untie her.
"Babe it's ok I'm here now" I grabbed and hugged her tightly.
"I'm so glad you found me I was so scared August"
"I know baby I'm so sorry you had to go through all of this" I said while brushing her hair.
"August I can't do this...I  can't live like this" she was wet in tears.
"Baby its all going to be ok..I'm  sorry. You're safe now"
I picked her up and carried her out. My niggas were walking up and down making sure to destroy all cameras and any records that we were ever here. I carried her  to the truck. Trying to calm her down. It broke my heart to see her like this. When they were done we drove to my house.
"August we'll be on the look out for the rest of the day. A few Niggas will stay behind at your crib to make sure nothing else happens you don't have to worry about anything." Tre reassured me.
"Ya sure"
I carried Lyric  upstairs and put  her on top  of my bed and ran a hot shower for her. I prepared her  food. It was going to be a long day for her.
