Hi, Anita here.
Sorry for the midway annoucement, but I have some bad news and good news concerning "Weasley Boys".
Now, from previous experiences, people tend to prefer to know what the bad news is first so that the good news can cover up the bad news. So here it goes:
There will probably only be two chapters (not including an epilogue) left for this book.
There, I said it.
The next chapter will be the chapter leading up to the third task, the one after that the actual third task and the after effects. Since neither Lana nor the Weasley twins are directly affected by what happens, there won't be much of a reference to the actual books until the part where it gets to Cedric's memorial.
The good news though, is this:
There will be a sequel.
There will definitely be a sequel to "Weasley Boys", based on the fifth book (Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix). When it comes to the Weasley twins, you can obviously guess who will be the cause of numerous problems in the next book...(*cough* pink *cough*). I have a very detailed plan in mind, including things that will probably make you all want to slap me since I will be doing some very heart wrenching things that will royally screw you all over (sorry).
On the plus side, I also have ideas (maybe) for a third book, based on the last two books since Lana will have graduated from Hogwarts by then. I also have a good idea on how I want everything to completely end - again, none of you will probably like it, but I am slightly sadistic so I relish in the pain and suffering of you all (muahaha). It'll be a marmite ending - you'll either love it or hate it.
On that note, the last few chapters will be coming along shortly, this book completely finishing either by the end of this week or the beginning of the next. The sequel will probably not be published as soon, since I want to get a good few chapters wrote so I am always ahead of the releases. This also means you'll get a pretty regular update schedule on the new book (don't hold me to that though).
