It's been 7 years since that dream. Ashley is now 10 years old. It felt kind of good being a kid again.

We see Ashley at Professor Oak's place.

Ashley: "You mean if I wanna be a Trainer, I have to be at least 16-18?"

Oak: "Why of course. Previously it was around 10 or 12, but the regions decided to up the age. Because it got a little dangerous for them."

Ashley: Well there's a shock! "Ok, I understand."

Gary: "I can't believe you didn't know, Ashy-girl."

Ashley was able to make sure that she had a more friendly relationship with Shigeru..I mean, Gary.

Ashley: "Well maybe I didn't know for a reason, Gare-bear."

Gary: "Gare-bear!?"

Oak: "Do I get a nickname?"

Gary's older brother walks in.

Blue: "Yeah, it's Gramps."

Oak: 😞

Blue: "To think when I turn 16, I'll get to go on a journey."

Ashley: "Yeah, with my sister and cousin."

Gary: "I hope you beat them good, broseph!"

Blue: "We'll just have to see. I honestly don't care if I win or lose."

Ashley: "Oh look at the time, I should probably get home."

She walks out the lab and heads home.

Ashley: "I was surprised that Daisy is in this world, too. Of course she's currently on a journey herself." Have to say, those pictures of her, pretty hot. I guess that means I still like girls. Since I'm a girl now, would that make me a lesbian? Not that I'm complaining. Just because I'm a girl, doesn't mean I'm gonna automatically like guys! I could probably get away with so much stuff!

She starts to pant in excitement.

???: "Hey, bitch!"

She turns around to see a girl and 2 boys. The girl with the short green hair called Monica. Boy B with short black hair called Shane. Boy C with the yellow cap and caramel hair called Mickey. They were bullies, she also got too grades in school, which made her a target of envy.

Ashley: Arceus, I keep forgetting she looks so much like Monica Towa!

Monica: "I thought we told you to stop being good."

Shane: "You need to be the dumb girl you are."

Ashley: "And what if I say no?"

Mickey: "Maybe we'll-

Red: "Hey!"

They turn around to see an stoic, yet angry Red. Of course the bullies ran away.

Ashley: "Thanks."

Red: 👍

Ashley: At least he talks. Kinda.

It was a day after her 12th birthday. Ashley's current attire is a blue shirt and black shorts, also her hair was shorter. Ashley was visiting Gary since Daisy had come back from her journey. Daisy was 18 right now.
