Ricky and I walked into Ryan's house, hand in hand. He had a proud smile on his face. The guys didn't know we were dating yet, and Ricky was making it a huge point to let them all know.

"Hey, bestie," Ryan said, giving me a side hug since he was frying a burger on the stove.

"Hey," I reply.

We walk into the living room and all the unknown faces turn to stare at me. Kuza, Angelo, and the guy's girlfriends (minus Kylie.)

"This is Angie," Ricky says and I give a little wave. "My girlfriend."

"Ha!" Chris exclaims. "I knew it!"

I laughed and shook my head. "Congrats, Chris. You used your brain."

He laughed, too. "I know!"

"I'm Ryan-Ashley," said a girl sitting next to Josh.

I was soon introduced to Ryan-Ashley, Angelo, Kuza, Allie, Kelly, and Brooklyn. She was sitting by Kuza, shooting me a rude look the whole time. Ricky did say she was a bitch.

Ryan called for us to come into the kitchen when he'd finished cooking. We all got out food and walked outside to the pool area. Ricky and I sat on the edge of the pool, kicking our feet in the water.

I saw Brooklyn walk past us. As she did, she brushed up again Ricky - on purpose - and smirked at me. Ricky's mouth fell open and he began to say something, but I cut him off.

"Don't be a hoe!" I called. "At least go for a guy that's single - or maybe go for your boyfriend!"

Chris raised his eyebrows. "Uh-oh."

Everyone was now watching, including Ricky. Brooklyn walked over to me, pointing her red acrylic nail at me. "Watch yourself, bitch."

I stood up and laughed as she pushed her flat chest out towards me. "That's my boyfriend, so I would say you need to watch yourself."

She shook her head. "Mike, we need to leave. Come on."

He looked down for a second and said, "how about you leave? I'll stay here."

Her face scrunched up even more. "Me or them, Mike."

"Them," he replied.

She scoffed and marched off angrily. Ricky began laughing his ass of once she was gone, making everyone else do the same.

"Thanks," Kuza said to me. "I never liked her anyways."

I nodded. "You're welcome."

Ricky wrapped his arm around me. "Sometimes, you're a real badass. A short one, but a real one."

"Hey, I'm only 5'4!" I defend.

"Okay, well I have three inches on you."

I stuck my tounge out at him.

"You guys are so childish," Ghost teased.

"We are not!" Ricky and I defend in unison. We glance at each other and giggle.

"Maybe just a little," I reasoned. "But that's okay."

"So, what's the epic romance novel you two wrote up?" Balz questions.

Ricky shrugs. "I asked her to be my girlfriend when she got back from Maine and she said yes."

"You got back from Maine nearly a week ago! Why didn't you tell us?" Balz demands.

Now, it's my turn to shrug. "We figured you guys knew."

"Nope."

"Oh, well now you do," I respond.

We talk a bit more about touring and such before Balz and Ryan-Ashley excuse themselves. Ghost and Kylie leave next, then Kuza. Soon, just Chris, Ryan, Allie, Ricky, and I were left.

"Well, I'm gonna head out, too," Chris announces.

Ricky nods. "Ready to go, babe?"

Hearing him call me babe made my heart flutter and I giggled. Maybe it was my slight intoxication or growing feelings for Ricky, but he made me want to scream like a fangirl.

"Yea." I nod and he grabs my hand, pulling me up. I steady myself on his shoulder and he leads me out to the car.

"Rick, I have a surpriiise for yooou," I slur.

He chuckles. "What is it?"

"You'll just have to wait and find out."
