"Cedric, I honestly don't see what the big deal is. It's not like she hasn't done anything like this before," I shrug dismissively, moving the eggs around my plate with my fork.

"I just think it's a little odd for Pomona to want us to go on our traditional Winter break trip alone this year. Don't you think that she's up to something?" Cedric asks, his brows furrowing slightly as he stares down at me.

"Wait, you guys are going alone?" Hannah asks, her mouth falling open in shock.

"Why is that such a surprise? Pomona does want us to get married after all. Besides, it's not like we love each other or anything. Cedric and I are just friends, I don't see what the big deal is."

"The big deal is that you'll be alone with him! The Hufflepuff Prince and Princess alone for two whole weeks doing Merlin knows what, well that's simply absurd! Does she have any idea how many people will be talking about it?" Hannah whisper shouts to me, ducking her head slightly as she does so.

As she leans in, I can't help but let my eyes drift up to a certain Slytherin sitting at the table behind her. Our eyes meet for hardly a moment, just long enough for a blush to prickle against my skin. I clear my throat, shrugging my shoulders at Hannah's statement.

"It honestly doesn't matter to me. I figure all Cedric and I will do is walk around whatever town we're sent off to," I reply, pushing my almost full plate of food away from me.

"That's if she sends us to a town," Cedric grumbles under his breath.

"Well, I couldn't care less where she chooses to send us. It's not like we won't have fun regardless," I shrug once more, standing up from my seat. "I'm going to go do some studying before our next lesson," I say while turning on my heel and walking towards the exit of the Great Hall.

I don't have to turn around to know Draco's eyeing me the entire way out of the room. Nor do I need to turn around in order to know that he has decided to follow after me. I guess you could say it's just a gut feeling. A small smile tugs at my lips as I walk through the empty corridor, making my way to our usual vacant room.

"Miss me already? You just saw me last night," I smirk smugly as Draco walks through the door, locking it behind him.

"Come here."

It's only then that I notice his half lidded eyes and the tense clenching of his jaw. But, being the stubborn witch that I am, I keep my feet planted. The smirk on my face widens as I watch Draco's cloudy eyes darken slightly.

"That's an order," he growls lowly, causing chills to shoot up my spine, embedding themselves into my stomach.

I take slow, antagonizing steps towards Draco, drinking in his impatience like honey. The smirk on my face falters slightly as I get about a foot away from him, fully noticing his overly tense form. It's almost as if something inside of him snaps, because in a little under a second Draco has me pinned against the door with his lips pressed harshly against my own.

I quickly pull back, gasping for the breath he has just stolen from me, "D-Draco what's-"

I'm once again caught off guard by Draco's lips pressing against my own, but this time almost hungrily. Draco's fingers dig into my hips, pulling my body flush with his. As soon as he pauses to catch his breath I attempt to speak again.

"Draco, what are you-"

He silences me once more, this kiss becoming even more fierce than the last. A small gasp slips through my lips, causing a growl to erupt from Draco's throat. Not that I don't enjoy this, because I do, but something's definitely on his mind. So after finally coming to the conclusion that protesting is going to get me nowhere, I swiftly push Draco off of me. Which, of course, results in another disgruntled growl to escape his mouth.
