Just some random facts about Lola. Others coming soon ;)

I groaned in agony. My head was pounding. I had just fallen down the stairs. Mostly.

I opened my eyes. They felt strained and heavy. I looked to my left, and I was face to face with the axe I had thrown. I suddenly felt pain in my left shoulder. I looked down, and noticed the tip of the axe was lodged in my shoulder. It wasn't that far in, but it was still bad. I looked towards the top of the stairs and saw the girl I was fighting before. Looking down at me.

She had a bloody nose, and was looking straight at me. She suddenly started running down the stairs. I pulled the axe out quickly, watching flesh be pulled off my body and stick to the axe like gum being pulled out of your mouth. I moved to the side and realized, she wasn't running for me. She was running for the axe.

She got to the axe and bent down. I was waiting for her to pick it up and we would start fighting again, but that didn't happen. She started eating my flesh off the axe. She chewed my skin like gum. I watched in horror as my bloody flesh satisfied her. I held my throbbing shoulder when I got an idea. I walked over to her. She didn't even notice me. I then grabbed the back of her head and pushed in against the axe. I watched as her skin spread apart to make way for the axe pushing itself inside of her head. Her eyeballs popped out from the pressure and I stopped pushing. I walked back up the stairs. As I reached the top, I looked back at her body. But unlike everyone elses body's when they die. She started turning... into ash.

"Well Lola, you killed one of my kind, I'm not sure how I should feel" I spun around and saw Mara. She had blood all over her mouth. I glanced behind her and noticed parts of a human. She must have eaten that other boy.

"Unlike you humans, we turn into ash. When we die, you will be released from here. But, she was long gone from normal, and me... I'm really hard to kill."

I turned away, feeling half dead, and wanting the stupid medical supplies back, I sighed.

"Let's get a move on already."

As we neared room 89, we saw Valerie and the others arguing with people. They had the 89 shirts on, so we guessed who they were. I spotted Leo and walked towards him. As he saw the state I was in, he gasped.

"Lola! Your shoulder!"

"I'm okay Leo, but what's going on anyway?" Leo shrugged.

"They said they didn't take our medical supplies, they said those two people we encountered had gone insane during the blood night. They returned once and killed a member, and fled." Mara furrowed her brows.

"So we have a hit and run basically." I nudged Mara in the side.

"Not helping."

Valerie walked up to us with a medical kit.

"With some sweet talk, they gave you some of the medical supplies you missed, along with ones for your wound as thanks for getting rid of the rouge members and the inconvenience."

I reached for the medical kit but Leo grabbed it first.

"I think maybe you should save that energy. You're already hurt enough." I wanted to argue, but I felt fatigue creeping up on me like a bitch, so I stayed silent.

We said goodbye to Valerie and her group and made our way back to our little classroom. As soon as I walked inside, Bryson noticed me straight away.

"Lola! What the hell happened!" He grabbed my shoulder and inspected it.

"It's really nothing, trust me." I felt my face getting warm and I didn't like it. I could feel Mara's smile growing wider.

"Let me take a look." Roy walked over. Bryson moved over and Roy examined my shoulder.

"It might need some stitches, since some skin was ripped away. It needs to be cleaned however, or and infection can arise. Come, I'll treat you." I followed Roy into the room, I felt Bryson's eye burn into the back of my head. That thought alone made my heart leap.

I massaged my shoulder. Roy had cleaned out my wound and given me some stitches and wrapped it up for me. I thanked him, something rare for me to do. I hadn't heard the voice talking to me at all today, it was weird. Suddenly, Bryson pushed open the curtains of the medical area. My shirt was slit open and a bit of my bra was exposed.

It was silent. Bryson started to stutter. His face was red before he came in.

"Um... Lola... S-since you have S-Sunday on y-your notebook, w-wanna hang out in t-the real world..."

A warm feeling over came me. Suddenly, a sweeter voice spoke for me.

"Sure." Bryson was caught off guard by my voice, but he smiled and ran out the medical area.

"TOLD YA SHE WOULD SAY YES!" Mara's scream was heard. I lay down in the medical bed and smile.

For once, I'll be happy to wake up tomorrow.
