Chapter 4: Hero Association HQ Training

(Miku's Pov)

After last night's trip at the Dojo and going through rigorous training, me and Bang headed back home where I took a nice long hot shower because my body was so sore after all that I did with my training. But damn, Bang sure is strong for an old guy...Gotta give him credit I guess, I mean he's been at this for years so what do I know really? I mean he is a hero afterall by the name of Silver Fang. I wonder what mine would be? Hmm, well whatever my hero name will be it's definitely NOT going to be The Kitten Project, why would I be named after the guy who turned me into this thing? I mean that's just stupid right? I mean could I really be something more than what I was created to be?

Anyways the next day, I fluttered my eyes open to the sun shining through the living room window. I groaned as I tried turning the other way but my body was still SO sore. I scrunched my face up and hissed as my tail puffed up and thumped against the couch, "Seems like some kitty woke up on the wrong side of the bed" I heard Bang say, I smiled and rolled my eyes tiredly as I weakly sat up and groaned in pain.

I yawned and rubbed my face tiredly as I rubbed and cracked my stiff and sore muscles "Jesus Grandpa you literally killed me" I stated, Bang chuckled as he got me a cup of coffee which made me sigh a bit as the hot condensation from the mug hurt my hands a bit.

But then again, I heal quicker than most humans but my hands are still pretty fucked from what I did, they should be fully healed by tomorrow if not the next day, I guess we'll just see "are you ready to see some heroes in action today?" he asked, I smiled a little and nodded "It gives me the excuse to see Tatsumaki again so yes I am" I said and shrugged a bit.

He chuckled "well you're in luck because she'll be helping you train today" Bang said, I smiled a little and sipped my coffee "Awesome" I said, he nodded "Let's have breakfast then be on our way" Bang said as he headed to the kitchen to make some breakfast.

I was excited to go see the Hero HQ and all the Heroes in action. I haven't really been able to see them work or see what they can do mainly because I've been afraid to go back to that place and be known as a freak, but honestly I was glad to go back because I missed Tatsumaki so I was glad I get to train with her. I'm awful at keeping up with messages and hanging out with people because it's all new to me so I don't know...Guess my brain is still trapped in that place...

When Bang finished breakfast, we ate and talked about the plans for today which would be me hanging out with Bang and Tatsumaki, going to train and maybe seeing the other heroes in action if there's monsters today which by our luck there will be because that's just how it works here and Monsters literally appear out of nowhere.

After breakfast, Bang cleaned up while I headed to the bedroom to change. I hopped out of my pj's and into black ripped jeans, a sweater that said, 'I speak fluent sarcasm' and cute black combat boots. I brushed my hair, slid on a beanie and headed out of the room to see Bang finishing up the cleaning "are you ready?" He asked, I smiled and nodded which made him nod as we headed out and off to the Hero Association HQ.

When we got outside, it sure was nice out. The wind was blowing in my face which felt good through my ears as well. I purred slightly as I could feel my tail wagging from the inside my jeans. I looked around seeing normal people doing normal things like shopping, hanging out with friends, their kids, significant others. It looked so normal...ya know besides the enemies and fucking monsters that lurk within the cities but besides the fact everyone looked so peaceful and normal...that must be nice...I wouldn't know.

When we got to the Hero HQ, I forgot how big the actual building was. I looked up to see how high it was and I actually almost fell over. I laughed a bit along with Bang "I forgot this place was huge" I stated, he chuckled a bit "come along now" He said, I nodded as we walked inside and already saw some of the HQ staff walking around which made me a little nervous and on edge.
