Bill's point of view
After school, I went to bed. I was so tired. My parents started to argue again. I got up and I closed the door. I could hear that they were talking about me. They dislike the fact that I stutter, the fact that I still tell them that I saw Georgie in the basement. What should I do? What should I say? They are talking about me and Beverly. They say that I am too young for a relationship, that my friends are bad. They are the only people who really care about me. I head to my bed and I lie in it. I stare at my ceiling. I feel bad. Tired and sad. I got up and I went downstairs. I opened the door and I went to Beverly. As soon as she opened the door I hugged her.
" Billy, what happened?" Beverly asked.
" My parents started to fight again. They think that you and the losers are a bad influence on me. The-they Say th-that I am in-insane. " I couldn't help it. I started to cry in her arms. All I wanted was to be with Beverly.
" Why would they say that?" Bill, what happened? " Bev said. She's looking at me worried.
" I do-don't k-know. I am st-stupid." I say. Just a fool doesn't know how to get better at something.
" Calm down, Billy. You are smart and brave and strong. If it weren't for you, we wouldn't be such a strong bunch of friends. We wouldn't be together if you didn't invite me to the quarry. We wouldn't have defeated Pennywise without you. Your parents are concerned about you, sweetie. I know that they love you. They don't want to lose you too." Bev said.
" I overreacted, I know. I always do that. " I say.
" Billy, it's okay to think like that." Bev said. Maybe I bother her, should I leave? Should I stay?
" Thank you, Bev." I say. She welcomes me into the house.
" Let's get you upstairs, you look like you need some sleep.," she said.Beverly stayed next to Bill and she fell asleep next to him.
