Bill's Point of View
I came home after that. My parents were expecting me.
" Hello Mom, Dad." I struggle to say without a stutter.
" Hello, Billy. How was your day?" Mom said. I want to say that this day was horrible but I can't. I don't know what is stopping me to do that.
" G-good ." I say. " I will go to sleep. I am tired." I walked into my room.Beverly Point of View
I went to Bill and I knocked at his door. His mother answered me.
" Hello Bev, Bill is upstairs." His mom said. I could help it. I hugged her and I started to cry.
" What happened? Did Bill hurt you? " she asked.
" No, he would never do that. I hurt him." I say through tears.
" How? " she asked.
" I will leave Derry. I am going to Portland to take care of my grandmother. We are going to stay at my aunt's place. " I replied.
" I am so sorry, my darling. Let me call Bill here. Billy, come downstairs, please."
I saw Bill and I went to him. I hugged him tightly. He started to cry on my shoulders. I feel so bad for him but there's nothing I can do.
Maybe I will see him again. Tomorrow I will leave.
" I have to go, Bill." I say.
" Just a li-little l-longer ." he sniffed.
" Billy, I promise I will write to you as soon as I will arrive. " I say and I gave him a goodbye kiss.
" See you later, Bev. I will always love you. I will never forget you." He said. His hope makes me melt.

I saw how the only girl that I have ever loved leaving me. I have to be hopeful that she will come back to me. I have to keep hope even though it's pretty hard.
