His house was as she remembered it, nothing had changed in months, dark, dreary, full of cameras, the only touch of color was a "Woody Woodpecker" stuffed animal , It was inside a glass closet, locked, as if it were a very valuable object in a museum, the walls were full of documents, photographs and strange ribbons that formed connections between them, it seemed that Murray had been investigating all this time .

Joyce took her time to see every corner of that room, she recognized what she saw in those photographs, there were some photographs of the Department of Energy, Hopper's cabin, Starcourt Mall, underground facilities where Hopper had died, she knew all those places, she needed to know the connection, she needed all the information possible, So she broke the silence.

"Murray ... Could you explain all this? If there is a possibility that Hopper is alive, I need to know, these days have been horrible, I hate this uncertainty”.

"I know, I know". Murray interrupted her. “I'm sorry, it wasn't my intention, it's just that… this is huge, I couldn't write it in a letter or tell you on the phone, we have to take care of ourselves and we can't trust anyone, we are waging a war out there, the war that everyone knows , but there is another, another that involves only a few, us, the guys and especially that girl”.

Murray turned to his board when he saw Joyce's confused face. “Listen, a few weeks later, I returned to that place, it seemed like an impossible mission since I was cordoned off and there was too much protection, Dr. Owens got me a special permit, I pretended to be part of his team and I was able to enter, there was something I didn´t leave of going around in my head… you will agree that this Russian base is huge and sophisticated and should have taken a lot of planning and construction time, right? ”.
