Chapter 4

- The Surprise (Aiden's point of view)

I walked home silently thinking about Millie,... Why can't she see. Ugh! I think I should forget about her, I mean I should be rude! Tingnan natin ano Ang magiging reaksyon Niya.

I started being snob sa kaniya. Parang Wala Naman siyang reaksyon... Parang Wala siyang paki. Ang lonely Niya, Sh*t gusto ko tuloy siyang lapitan pero.... Ugh!

Aiden, let her go... She will never love you... Sabi ko sa sarili ko. Every time  nakikita ko siya na nakatingin sa akin, nasasaktan ako dahil lungkot Ang nakikita ko sa kaniyang mata. di ko siya kayang iwan. Masakit eh.

Tinalikuran ko si Millie, I don't want to look at her.
Naramdaman ko Ang pagtitik Niya sa akin. Isinuot ko Ang earphones at nakinig nalang ng musika.

Sh*t! What am I doing, am I making her mad?
Naramdaman ko Ang pagalis Niya sa upuan Niya. F*ck, Why is my heart beating si fast!?

someone touched my shoulder and my heart beat stopped. I looked at the person touching my shoulder and was shocked when I realized it wasn't Millie, it was... Who is she?
I don't know her, she's not even my classmate, how come she's in this classroom??

"Hi..." The unknown girl said. I stayed quite.
"Um... Who are u?" I asked.
The girl took my hand and pulled me of my chair.
"Hey!" I shouted at her
We stopped at front of the canteen and she then let go of my hand and looked at me.
"My name is Lisa Jade" Sabi ng babae habang nakangiti
She's cute when she smiles, I started to like her... With her cuteness I totally forgot that Lisa was Millie's ex-bestfriend.

I was talking to Lisa while she was eating, she keeps on laughing, so cute.
We were just having a normal conversation about this new school when suddenly Lisa's smile stopped. She looked behind me, what's the matter?

I was about to look at what's behind me when suddenly Lisa jumped towards and hugged me, I was lying on the floor and Lisa was above me, what she did next shocked me the most.

"Yes! I will be your girlfriend" she shouted after kissing me on the lips. WTF. The whole canteen became silent. I'm sure the whole canteen heard it. I was lying flat on the floor, when I looked around I was terrified when I saw Millie standing not so far away from me holding a chocolate box with a note. I could feel her madness mixed with sadness and disappointment. Millie then ran away.
I want to follow her but I can't.

Lisa stood up and held a hand to help me. I don't want her help, I don't need her help. I thought we were friends! But She just want to hurt Millie by using me. I don't want to touch a liar's hand.

"I hate you" I looked up to Lisa and stood up by myself.
"I don't need your f*cking help" I told her "I can't believe I liked you" I continued.
Lisa was shocked, The whole canteen was looking at us. I could hear them whispering to eachother ears. I could even hear "I guess, they're having a couple fight". Couple? Huh... Couple your face! I walked away leaving Lisa standing. When I was already out, the whole canteen went back to normal.

While walking I found Millie's chocolates lying on the floor with a note. I went back to the classroom. While I was walking I was looking at the chocolate box and I stopped. My eye then caught something on my desk, it was a note saying: "meet me at the canteen, 11:30".
11:30!? that's the time Millie went to the canteen and saw the whole misunderstanding. I haven't read the note because that stupid Lisa pulled me!

I read the note in the classroom and I felt guilty when I finished reading the note. The note said: "Hey, Aiden I'm sorry for hurting your feelings, I didn't know. I thought you only look at me as a friend. I'm really really sorry, please forgive me. Here are some chocolates as a gift. BTW I'm still wondering what your past is... Thank you for Reading. I hope everything will go back to normal. Love Millie."
