Big Zo stood in the kitchen washing the dishes that his kids had dirtied earlier during the day . His phone rang from on the counter and he sighed when he seen Deedy's name pop up knowing she was about to start with him .

" Yea ? " He said as he answered the phone through his air pods.

" What you doing ? " She asked him sounding like she was drunk which was nothing new to him .

" I'm doing the dishes " He said simply .

" Oh , where my kids ? " She questioned.

" It's two in the morning Danielle , what the fuck you think they doing ? " He asked

" You don't have to be so mean Lorenzo" She said .

" What you want ? " He asked her .

" I miss you " She said causing him to suck his teeth .

" Where is Calvin ? " He asked her .

" Fuck him. You know you're the only one that I give a fuck about " She said .

" I couldn't tell " He said .

" What you mean you couldn't tell ? You know I love you " She said .

" That's probably true but you didn't love me enough to put me first . I gave you a choice and you chose the club , the bottle, and them low life ass niggas over me and the kids. " He argued .

He hated answering the phone for her because it was always something with her . " That's not fair you just wanted me to up and stop doing something i've been my whole life cold turkey like it was easy " She said .

" I did it for you . When you wanted me out the streets what did i do ? I started investing and stacking my money and within a year and a half I was legit . When you wanted me to fucking my other babymamas I dropped them for you . People make sacrifices for who they want Danielle so don't come at me with that " He said .

" You're right , i'm sorry but i'm ready now " She said .

" Oh really ? Then why is Calvin still living with you ? My cousin just saw y'all all hugged up at the second line last weekend and he saw you at the club with another nigga the week before . You only want me back because you seen that I moved on" He said .

" That's not true , you're the one broke up with me " She said .

" Yeah cause i'm not a dumb ass like them other niggas . Why the fuck would I stay with a female who's always in the club shaking her ass and creeping with other niggas ? I'm not about to do this with you " He said hanging up the phone on her .

He sighed and continued doing the dishes. " I'm sick of you and her " Tammi said making her presence known . She'd been standing in the kitchen listening to their conversation the entire time but he was so into his conversation with Deedy that he didn't even notice her in there .

" Here you go " He said knowing she was about to start . She got mad everytime Deedy called his phone and he felt like that was stupid because he couldn't not talk to her they had children together .

" I'm just saying you have no business arguing with her on the phone about yalls past . To me it seems like you still love that bitch " She said .

" We have kids together of course I still love her " He said trying to downplay the situation.

" Speaking of kids I don't like how you still keep her kids around here and y'all not together anymore " He said .

" That's not just her kids , that's our kids . I don't care if they didn't come from me they're mine " He said .
