Darkayla opened her eyes and the bright light hit her so fast and made her immediately close them back for a second .

She opened them again and looked around the room finding Lance sitting in the chair bedside holding one of the twins while Dekia laid on the couch holding the other one .

" Hey " She said hoarsely causing her to clear her throat . They both looked at her and smiled . " When did I have them ? I don't even remember pushing them out or anything " She said .

" That's cause you didn't push them out . You caught a panic attack and started hyperventilating . Your heart was beating too fast and it was affecting the babies so they gave you anesthetics and gave you an emergency c-section . That was two days ago " Lance informed her and she nodded .

" You wanna hold them ? " Dekia asked .

" Not right now ... I have to pee really bad and my throat is dry as fuck " She said . Lance stood up and laid the baby he was holding down and got up to go to the hall to call the nurse to let them know she was awake .

They came in the room and checked her before allowing Lance to assist her to the bathroom . While in there she brushed her teeth washed her face and Lance helped her shower .

When she walked back into the room he helped her to the bed and handed her their babygirl Londyn . Darkayla smiled down at her watching as she sucked on her bottom lip .

She couldn't tell who she looked like just yet because her features hadn't really grown in and her eyes were closed . Dekia came over with her son Landon and sat next to her on the bed since she knew she wouldn't be able to hold both of them at once.

" Aww his eyes are open " She cooed looking into his hazel colored eyes that matched Lance's . " Did you get the test done ? " She asked Lance and he nodded . " Well what did they say ? "

" They're mine like they would've been even if they weren't " He told her and she nodded smiling happy that they were for him instead of Quan . She cared more about the twins belonging to Lance than he did , she would've loved her kids anyways but she was happy she didn't have kids that shared the same DNA as someone as evil as Quan .

" Uncle Derrick in this bitch " Derrick shouted walking into the room holding some flowers and balloons for Darkayla.

" See bitch you done made my daughter cry " Lance fussed as he put her pacifier into the mouth making her stop.

Derrick walked over to Darkayla and gave her a kiss on her cheek sitting the flowers and balloons next to her bed . " How you feeling baby girl ? " He asked .

" I'm alright .. I was sleep through everything so I didn't have to go through all the labor pains so I guess that's good. It just hurts when I walk that's all " She said .

" Do the babies have to stay here until their due date ?" Nadia asked , she'd come with Derrick to see the babies . She knew that usually when babies came out premature they had to stay in the hospital until close to their due date , atleast that's how it was when she had Damari .

" Yeah , they need to gain some more weight and build an immune system and the doctors wanna run additional testing to make sure they don't have any problems in the long run since they weren't in the stomach growing and developing as long as they were supposed to " Lance informed her and she nodded .
