On the side you have Blaze!

The second day of the photo shoot was here and I was getting along really well with the girls. They are easy going and fun. We had already made plans of hanging out soon. I am still a bit surprised, I never thought they would be like that. I would have thought of them as divas and stuck up, but they are just normal girls. I guess everyone is, until they get lost. But these girls keep each other with their feet on the ground. They are very supportive of each other and quite funny. They often make the silliest jokes and videos. I wonder what would happen if those videos got leaked. Even though, as far as I know them, I know it would not affect them at all.

I greet them at the entrance of the building, we both arrived at the same time, and we actually act as if we have known each other our entire lives. Which is quite funny, if you ask me.

“Hey dolls!”

“Hey Kelly.”

“Wassup nigga.”

“Hello.”

“Hi!”

“Ready to get ridiculous amounts of hair spray for two days in a row?” I asked amused. Jade pouted and Jesy sighed.

“No captain, my captain.” Perrie said as she intertwined arms with me.

“But you will surely make us look great and sexy, so we don’t complain.” Leigh-Ann said as we got into the lift.

“Aw, that’s sweet. You have to see the clothing I got for today, a-mazing!” I said cheering excitedly and getting their attention.

“Yey!” Jade said, and the rest of them clapped and cheered excited.

“The best part about photo shoots is the insanely gorgeous clothing we get to wear.” Jesy said, resting her back on the wall of the lift.

“Clothing that we will never again wear.” Perrie pointed out.

“True,” Leigh-Ann seconded.

As we got into the room where I do hair, makeup and clothing, I got a call. “Hey Blaze.”

“Hey Kell, I’m on my way up.”

“Great, I’ll be waiting for you here then. You already know where it is, right?”

“Yup. See you later alligator.”

I immediately started laughing, getting everyone’s attention. “Okay, everyone sit down and I will start with makeup right away. Leigh-Ann get here.” I said, patting at the chair I was now standing in front of. One minute later, Blaze walked in through the door.

“Hey.” She greeted everyone. “I’m Blaze.”

“Hey.” Everyone chorused.

“Here I am, sexy mama.” She said walking up to me. Jade and Jesy heard and burst out laughing, making Blaze and I smile. Leigh-Ann just stared confused at us. “Inside joke.” Blaze explained shrugging.

“Alright.” Leigh-Ann said and shrugged, focusing once more on her cell phone.

“So, what do you want me to do?” blaze asked me.

“How about you start doing makeup to Jesy.”

“Sure.”

One hour and a half later, everyone was ready. We walked to where their pictures were going to be taken. It was really illuminated. So much that it actually burned our eyes. I immediately found a chair and sat down, feeling my feet starting to get cramped. Blaze pulled over a chair next to me and together we sat, watching our surroundings quietly, waiting for anything to happen to go fix it. The photographer arrived as a diva into the room ten minutes late and started yelling and taking the pictures. He was dressed so funny that I had to bite my tongue not to laugh. His brown hair had blonde highlights and he had really, really tight jeans. So tight that it makes me uncomfortable and well…wonder where his thing went. I think I have never seen a woman wear such tight jeans, and we do not have a thing to get in our way.

Anyway he must be good; otherwise no one would take all his crap.

He kept on yelling. Perrie made funny faces to him when he turned around, causing everyone to laugh and he would turn around frantically asking, no, yelling, why everyone was laughing. Of course no one ever said a thing. Which made him even more hysterical. But I was next to the monitor that showed the pictures and they were good, so I took in his yelling. Occasionally imagining a thousand ways to kill him, obviously.

When he was not taking pictures because he was getting an infusion of rose petals, I ran into the frame to fix some outfits or hairdos and perfect the makeup of the girls and the powders I used on the guys so their faces did not glow, or their zits did not show.

In the background What Makes You Beautiful by One Direction started playing and I sang along.  Perrie spotted me and sang along as well. Suddenly everyone followed our lead and we were having a scene right out of High School Musical.

“Why are you singing?!” The gay photographer shrieked. Come on, you know it too.

Everyone immediately shut up. But his glare remained in Perrie. She did not answer, and everyone around her slowly backed away.

“I asked you something!” he shouted annoyed.

Perrie turned to see me and I could see utter fear in her lovely features.

“What are you looking at young lady?” he shrieked.

He, Paulino I think is his name, turned around and directed his glare to me. He glared at me with an indescribable hatred, scrutinizing me up and down.

“You are the reason why that blonde can’t focus?”

“Her name is Perrie.” I said knowing I was getting myself into trouble. But I could not help it, he was such a mean girl and someone had to stop him. And I did not like the way he was treating all of them, as if the owned him something. He is working here, just like the rest of us. And I know he wants the photographs to be good, but so do we all and no one is being mean to anyone.

“Oh sorry. Are you making Perrie not focus?!”

“Dude, calm down. Seriously, you do not look attractive.”

He gasped before glaring at me with even more intensity than before, if it is even possible. “Why don’t you shut up that little stupid mouth of yours and-”

“That’s enough!” Hugo said, getting into the picture and saving everyone from more drama and awkwardness. And saving Paulino from fainting of anger.

Everyone went back to their own business and I went back to my seat, getting glares from Paulino every now and then.

“You got balls Kell.” Blaze said surprised to me.

“What can I say? I have always been more of a dude.”

She immediately got her hands up to her mouth to muffle her laugh and I did the same. If Paulino heard us laughing, it would be the end of us.
