All afternoon I am shoved into dressing rooms and then shoved into the next store. We are at a mall after all. "I didn't bring much money, Carolina!" I complain "We got you covered honey." She smiles. " I can't let you do that!" I say "You're right, I am making you spend our money." She giggles, "Yeah so I should probably go after this then. I refuse to spend your money." "Well, that's not your choice." She glares at me and then lightens up "Let's go to the Vans store!" She squeals. Now that is a place I will spend my money on.
I have at least 7 bags in my arms. And I'm not carrying their stuff. My phone buzzes and I jump back. "What's wrong?" They all say in unison. "Um, my phone went off." I reach down to my pocket, somehow I manage to keep all the bags on my arms. "Hello..?" I say as I pick up. "Hey. How's shopping?" "It's...fine." "Ooh, that sounds not fine." "Uh, yeah..." "May I pick you up then, I am in the parking lot." I laugh "How'd you know I needing rescuing?" "I'll see you soon! Love you!" Blue. That boy is my knight in shining armor.
"Who is rescuing you?" Carolina says, she looks pissed. "Oops, My bags are just so heavy and Blue offered to help me..." I say back. "Oh, I get that. He loves you so much, you are so lucky!" Carolina smiles at me, but she seems jealous. Good thing Blue has a little bit of sense and rejected her the many times she has asked. "Yeah, I am lucky aren't I?"I grin and run out the door.
