"Love yourself the way you are"
The thing they don't tell you is
It's going to take time
You're going to look in the mirror and still hate things about yourself
Self-Love is a journey
It's okay to not fully love yourself
It's okay to look in the mirror and still not like what you see
But
When you do that
try to point out the things you do love about yourself
No matter how small it is
