       Everyone rushed to surround Zoë.
       "YOU'RE BACK!" Shiroi squealed.
"AWESOME!" Akira yelled, pumping her fist in the air.
"Welcome," Sana said, a hint of a smile on her face, which for her was the equivalent of crying of happiness. Aizawa rushed to her side and pulled her into a gentle hug. Zoë could only hug back gently, but it felt so good to finally be able to have some physical contact.
"Y-Yeah," she said sleepily. "It's...it's good to be back!"
Kirika pushed her wheelchair over to her desk, and helped her organize her things. Of course, everyone wanted to help.
       "Hey, I can do that!"
      "Me too!"
       "Let me help!"
"I...Um...no, it's..." Zoë started crying silently, causing everyone to backup. Aizawa growled.
"Can't you all see you're upsetting her? She's been back for less than a half an hour- she doesn't want to be the center of attention! Go to your seats, and sit down. Kirika has already offered to help."
Everyone hung their heads, and walked back to their seats silently. Aizawa waved goodbye, and Present Mic entered the classroom.
"GOOOOOOOOOOD MORNING EVERYONE! Zoë, it's good to have you back! If you could all open to page 150 in 'Heroes of History,' we can get started!"

Lunch time rolled around, and Zoë said goodbye to everyone.
"Huh? Goodbye?" Kirika asked. "We still have three more classes!" Zoë smiled sadly.
"Yes, I'm not quite strong enough yet to stay for full days. Besides, I can't eat anything they serve at Lunch Rush. My dads are here to pick me up. So, goodbye! I'll probably be back tomorrow, unless something comes up!"
Everyone waved, and Aizawa wheeler Zoë out of the room. Everyone gave each other worried glances. They waited for a few minutes, and then broke out into talking.
"Hey, has anyone heard from Melody?"
"No, I haven't. Kirika, you're her friend, right? What's up?"
        "I...I don't know anything!"

"Hi baby," Izuku said softly, stroking his daughter's hair. "How was your first day back?"
She smiled sleepily. "It...was a lot...I'm really tired, but I missed everyone..."
"Dad's in the car, and he's waiting. You ready to go?" Zoë nodded, and Izuku rolled her wheelchair over to their car, putting the makeshift ramp down to roll her into the car.
"ZOË!" Bakugo yelled. "ZOË! ARE YOU ALRIGHT?!" Zoë started crying.
"Katsuki, what is wrong with you?!" Izuku hissed. "She's obviously scared an nervous, and your screaming isn't helping!"
Guilt washed over Bakugo's face. "I...I'm sorry, baby," he whispered. Zoë hiccuped and nodded.
"I...I know...I just..." she looked down at her feet. "I miss Melody..." she said softly.
Izuku and Bakugo shared a look.
"I know you do, Zo. I know," Izuku said gently, and Katsuki put the key into the ignition. "But I haven't heard anything from Kaminari or from Jiro, so we can assume everything is alright, okay?"
Izuku waited for her response, but the girl was already fast asleep.

They pulled into the driveway ten minutes later.
"Izu, you grab her stuff." Katsuki lifted her out of the chair, and placed her in the softer one they used at home. "I'll take her to her room."
        Izuku nodded.
Bakugo lifter Zoë up from the chair gently, and pulled back her comforters. He lowered her onto her bed, and pulled the blankets up to her chest. He kissed her on the forehead, and walked into the kitchen.
Izuku was already there, putting away Zoe's backpack and sorting through papers she had been given, as a pot of water boiled on the stove. Tears leaked out of Bakugo's eyes, and he slammed his fist on the table.
       "Dammit."
Izuku smiled at him sadly. "I know, this is the hardest thing I've ever done, and I know you're hurting, despite this facade, Katsuki." He walked over to his husband and stood on his tiptoes to kiss him. Katsuki sighed heavily and sat back down.
"You're always right, you know that?" He laughed. Izuku giggled.
"I try! Hey, I invited Kirishima and Tetsutestsu over for dinner. Kirika isn't coming, because I though you and I could get some of our worries out. I don't know if Zoë will be up for dinner, so I'm making extra, just in case."
Bakugo smiled, and ruffled Izuku's hair. "Sounds like a plan, nerd."

Zoe's eyes fluttered open, and she looked around, realizing she ended up in her bedroom. She sat up gently, and realized that it was already dark outside.
Aw man, I probably missed dinner.
Just as she was about to call her dads to help her back into her wheelchair, a banging on her window caused her to jump. She turned around, terrified, and looked out.
Sparks of yellow lightning crackled and popped around a man's face.
      He was smiling.
But something was off. The smile didn't look genuine. In fact...she had only seen that smile once before.
The glass window shattered, and Zoë screamed.
       "DAD! PAPA!"
The strange man crawled into her room, and Zoë gasped. Bakugo and Izuku burst into the room just as Kaminari reaches their daughter.
