Half breeds. Fallen ones. Abomination.

These all come to mind when people like, Charmeine, are outed for what they are. Nephilim, a race of half-human and half-angels. They are the sole protectors of supernatural creatures, making sure the factions are safe and they keep the peace. They are also part of a myth that doesn't exist.

That was what Charmeine was supposed to be, an enforcer. For all her life that's what she knew and did, until one day she meets him. She's not supposed to fall in love, especially with someone on Earth but she couldn't help it. Ryan was the one for her.

Everything she did to get back to Earth was to be with him, but telling that to a bunch of angels, that was heartbreaking news. They wouldn't allow it, they couldn't. So, Charmeine did what any teen falling in love does, she ran away.

Ran away to be with the man of her dreams, it was short lived when the angels had found them together. They ripped Charmeine away from Ryan and that's when she lost control, sending the world into utter turmoil.

Charmeine had happened to be the most powerful angels but also the most dangerous. Snapping back to reality, she comes back to Earth but it wasn't the same, realising that the angels had punished her a crime for loving someone.

But Charmeine couldn't remember why she was punished, not knowing that Ryan had returned to his home after giving up hope that he will ever see the love of his life again. Charmeine couldn't stand staying with the angels so she escaped and successfully was out of their hands.

Charmeine has been pretty much on her own and she enjoyed it, she didn't have to be the good girl they all expected her to be. She was young and wanted to live about on her youth until chaos came back to Earth.

And Charmeine will do anything to protect it, not knowing she was going to bump into someone she doesn't remember.
