In the evening, Snowy announced that she would be going to Snowflake's home to hang out, and that she would be back by midnight. Firewing said bye to her as she flew out the door and rose higher into the air, the shape of her body growing smaller and smaller. After the white wyvern disappeared altogether, Firewing searched the house for a jar, and upon finding a large-enough glass one, she stabbed holes in the thin metal lid with her sharp white talons. She took flight, grabbing the jar in her back paws. Then, she flew out the door into the jungle, carrying the jar in her claws.

When the dragon found a good spot to land near the jungle, she lowered herself closer to the ground, so close the tip of her tail was touching the dirt. Firewing let go of the glass jar, and landed on the ground, picking it up with her front paws. She walked to the nearest bush and began to search for insects and small reptiles. After finding nothing in the plant, she strolled towards the trees to look for another large piece of foliage to find small animals in. As she got closer, she saw a large shape lying down in the shade of the trees. It looked like an artist had gathered the most colorful corals in the sea, and carved them into the shape of a dragon. As Firewing got closer to the pink dragon, she saw that where the dragon should have had a right wing, there was nothing but a horrible red scar zig-zagging across. Firewing knew this dragon. Everyone in Dracacea, and most other dragons in the Dragon Realm did as well. Her name was Coral, and she was world-famous for being a hero. In another ancient, magical world, there lived a race of sea-monsters, and they killed dragons and other creatures for their own sick enjoyment. Coral was a leader of a group of well-trained warriors, known as the Dracacean Guard, that fought the sea serpents whenever they tried to attack the shores of Dracacea's oceans. Coral had lost her wing in a tangle with one of their queens, but every other dragon who tried to face the queen had been brutally murdered. Coral was the only one who had lived when the serpent queen attacked, which earned her the nickname Coral the Undying.

The pink dragon turned her head at Firewing, at stared at her with sapphire-blue eyes. She spoke, "If you're hoping for an autograph, you're our of luck." Firewing stared at her, and then replied, "Oh, I'm not, I was just... looking for snakes and stuff to catch." A fly landed on Coral's long tail, and she swept it across the ground to get rid of the insect. "But what are you doing here in the jungle?" asked Firewing, "You're a sea dragon." Coral sighed. "There's too many dragon at the beach, begging for an autograph or a paw-stamp. I couldn't get any peace at the beach, and the water's no better. They just followed me in. Here in the forest, I can actually get some peace and quiet. There's practically no one here but the birds and the bugs," was Coral's reply. "Oh," said Firewing, who had moved closer to the resting dragon, "You're right, there really isn't a lot of dragons here." The smaller green wyvern looked around for any dragons other than her and Coral lying in front of her. "Also, it's a nice change in scenery," said Coral, "Sure, the ocean's nice, but this place is way more peaceful." Firewing had to agree. A bright red bird with a large black beak and dark-gray legs landed on a branch above the two dragons, and cawed loudly before flying away. Firewing watched it soar into the distance. Coral said, "You're the only dragon I've seen here so far, and I've been here for about three hours." Firewing said, "Well, I live near here, in a wooden shack-type thing, with a dragon named Snowy, by the way, my name is Firewing." Coral replied, "Let me guess, Snowy is from the north." "How did you guess?" said Firewing. Coral laughed and said "No one from Dracacea, or anywhere else in the tropics for that matter, would name their child 'Snowy' when it's warm and sunny here even in the middle of winter. Most of the dragons here haven't even seen a single snowflake." Firewing said, "Technically, Snowy isn't here because she's visiting her boyfriend or whatever and she's not coming back until midnight." Coral looked up at the sky, which was alight with the bright reds and oranges of the setting sun, and spoke, "It's getting late, and I don't think I can make it back home before it gets pitch-black. How close is your house, exactly?"

A few minutes later, Coral was sitting down on the living-room rug of the small wooden shack, tail curled around her, looking around. "Are you sure this place is big enough?" she asked. "Yes, I'm sure." assured Firewing for the fourth time. "I barely even fit in this room. How am I supposed to sleep in here when I can't even stick my tail out?" objected the pink dragon. "Well, you probably could, just the tip would be going under the couch. If you can sit in here, you can lay down in here," said Firewing. "Easy for you to say," grumbled Coral, as she tried to lay down in a comfortable position. "Hey, watch your tail-knife thing!" objected Firewing, as the sharp, pale-blue tip of Coral's tail grazed the ceiling, leaving a small cut in the wood. "Sorry," grumbled the large dragon as she lied down in her final sleeping position she decided on. "There, all done, it's late, I'm going to sleep now," said Coral, closing her eyes. Firewing went into her room, and fell asleep.

Snowy had stayed much later than midnight at Snowflake's place, and had fallen asleep. She woke up at 7 at flew straight home, knowing she was beyond late to get home. Firewing was already awake, but Coral was still lying in the living room, asleep. When Snowy finished rushing home, and opened the door to get inside, Firewing was sitting on the couch. "Morning," said the green dragon. Snowy instantly noticed the pink, snoring, rough-scaled mass that was taking up most of the living room. "What the actual heck-"said Snowy as she laid eyes on Coral. "Oh, that's just Coral the Undying, world-famous hero. She was sitting in the jungle and it got late so she came back here after we had a conversation," said Firewing. "Wha- You're not supposed to let STRANGERS YOU FOUND IN THE JUNGLE into the house," objected Snowy, who was annoyed. "She's not a stranger. Literally everyone on Earth knows her." argued Firewing. "Well, she's not welcome in the house." declared Snowy. "Well, when the sea serpents come out of the sea and start killing everyone, you're going to feel very bad when Coral and her friends are saving the dragons of Dracacea, because you'll remember how you kicked her out of your house when she was asleep because it was too dark for her to get back home." argued Firewing. Snowy hissed. Coral opened one blue eye, and got to her paws, her sharp-tipped tail extending through the family room doorway. Snowy sighed. Firewing shouted "Snowy's a jerk and she wants to kick you out because she sucks!" Coral gave her a hard stare, and said, "Well, it's not like I'm moving in. Would you like to be kicked out of someone's home when another dragon living there let you stay for the night? I don't think you would. I certainly don't." Snowy hissed again, even louder than before. "Out. Now," she commanded. Coral turned to Firewing. "If this jack-ass of a dragon wants me out," she said, pointing to Snowy with her one wing, "I'll get out." She turned back to Snowy, and said, "You have eyes, so you can clearly see that I have only one wing, and therefore cannot fly. Now, you see, the beach, where I live, for your information, is bordered by a 40-foot tall wall of solid rock. The sun was setting by the time me and her finished talking, so it would have been dark by the time I got to the wall. Now, when it's dark, you can't see, so maybe it would be a little hard to get over that wall." Snowy's opinions were not changed by Coral's speech. She pointed towards the door leading out of the house with one wing. Coral growled. "Fine." She walked out the door, and continued walking back towards the sea. "WHY THE HELL DID YOU DO THAT!?!?" screamed Firewing. "She was not welcome," stated Snowy, walking to her room. Firewing was furious. She flew out the door and caught up with the pink dragon, who was still slowly walking back home. "Can you please come back?" pleaded the green dragon. "Sorry, Ms. Jack-Ass doesn't want me there, and besides, I have work to do with the Dracacean Guard. Don't worry, I'll probably be back, if she allows it." And with that answer, Coral broke into a trot and raced back towards the sea, leaving Firewing hovering in place, watching her run back home.
