*Cali's POV*

*a few days later*

Well, today is graduation. And to be honest, I'm not thrilled.

"Hey, can you help me zip?" I asked Daniel.

"Sure." Daniel zipped the back of my dress.

"You have a gown?"

"Ya. Cute dress."

"You mean, cute dress, but not so cute body?"

"No, I think you look really good."

"That's because you're looking at my back."

"Then turn and face me."

"Fine." I turned to him.

"Hey, you've got a little bump." Daniel smiled.

"That's the problem."

"I think it's cute."

"Okay, but this dress is a navy blue, and once I take the gown off, everyone will see it."

"You'll be okay."

"Whatever."

"Can I feel it?"

"What, the baby?"

"Ya. I mean, if it kicks."

"It does a little bit. Go ahead."

Daniel put his hands on my stomach, and felt around to see if the baby would move.

And after a few seconds we both felt it move.

"Woah!" Daniel laughed.

"Cool, huh?"

"Ya." He smiled.

"What do you think it is?"

"Boy. Well, I kinda hope it's a boy, but I think it's a boy too."

"Why do you want a boy so bad?"

"I don't know. I've always felt that way. Not because I'm a guy, and I can like teach him sports or whatever that stereotype is. But, I always thought it would be so cute if I had a boy first so that if I had a daughter after he could protect her."

"Really?"

"Ya. And I don't mean that in an offensive way. I mean that like the bond me and my sister have. Whenever we need each other, we're always there."

"That's cute." I smiled.

"Ya, I guess."

"Well...we should probably go right?"

"Ya."

I took his hand and we went in the car.

*at the ceremony*

"Heyoo." Zach said.

"Hey." I said.

"Guys, I'm freaking out." Christina said.

"Why?" Gabbie asked.

"I don't know, but I am."

"Okay then."

*the ceremony starts*

"Hello Ladies and gentlemen, if you know or not, this is our senior class of 2019, and today we're starting with our valedictorian speech then graduation, so you might be here for a bit, but, I hope you enjoy. Okay, our first speech is Christina Harris." The lady said.
