I'm drenched by your rain
I relieved my own pain
Kissing your skewing tears
Because I've known you for a hundred years.

I'm burned by your flame
As I said, "I'm okay!"
Tasting the black smoke
Because I know you'll stay.

I'm being swallowed by your black
I just let my host felt its lack
Wandering the aimless space
Because I know you'll come back.

I'm shrouded by your cold
I caught my own cough
Consuming your ventilation
Because that's how I love you.

You beckoned me to stay— because you said you're weak
But what can I say— I've endured all of those for years!
I just wanted to go back, to go home— to retreat
Although you beg and cry, and somehow, I'll still follow your plea...

A/N

And that's how love will affect you, my dear! ☺️
