Chapter 6 - Going Away

It was probably near four the morning when Maya woke up really nauseas.
She knew it would come at some point but not exactly when.
She took a breathe and immediately ran to the bathroom.
Morning sickness started and for awhile she would be getting it.
She knows it can last up until twelve weeks some woman experience it until fifteen.
Her mother personally experienced it until twenty.
She shakes her head before washing out her mouth with water.
She then takes a shower and washes her hair.
She throws on a bath rope and then goes to her room.
She puts on a pair of jeans with a shirt and some boots.
It isn't extremely cold yet since it was only October and Maya can prepare herself for some cold weather in December depending where she will be then.
If her mother does allow her she would love to stay with Josh so he can be part of his child.
But she doesn't actually know what her mother is thinking.
She blow dries her hair before putting it in a normal braid and then goes to the apartment kitchen.

It was about five am and Katy was up and going.
She saw Maya and briefly smiled at her.

"Would you allow me to go stay with someone else?" Maya asked.
"Thinking about Josh?" Katy asked.
"He deserves to know his child and I personally would love if he did know him/her. I don't know. I just think staying with him will be easier. And I don't think his mother would mind. Can I discuss it with her?"
"You'll have to so she can know her grandchild. How many will it be then? Second?" Katy said.
"Third actually. Mr Matthews gave her two. Morning sickness hit me hard. Luckily the doctor did give me something for nausea," Maya said.
"All part of pregnancy. Hope you will cope," Katy said.
"Sure I will. Can we get going? I don't want to be late or something," Maya said.
"Yeah let's go."
