Story Concept...
Has it ever happened to you that in a room full of festivities and people, you miss someone who's always been your target practice for barbs and lowly looks? Someone you thought was so below you and yet that tug at heart at their sights never went away.
When one feels superior and lucky at the cost of someone, when we felt proud to be "not like them" and then one fine day everything crumbled at your feet... One's superiority, a feeling of accomplishment all based on something that time and fate proves to be like a meandering mote in the sunlight of true realization....
Tupak and Anondo grew up together as friends but one day it all got destroyed in a moment... friends became taunting and showing each other down kind of acquaintances. In a fit of stupid pride Tupak did the unthinkable ... he ditched the only girl who had stood by him through his life. And then he stood by to see the change in that girl. The disillusionment, the sense of being alienated and betrayal turned her into something which was poles apart from what she had been. Tupak knew he was responsible for the hardened heart and cynical eyes on Anondo's beautiful face. But all his endeavors to reach her as they grew up were foiled.
Anondo lost the last vestiges of trust in life and honesty when she was betrayed by Tupak, her best friend. How much damage she carried within her, she had no idea but she was not ready to go back to being the vulnerable loser self that she had been. This time her focus was clear and she will do anything to save her family. She knew better than to expect anything from anyone else than herself.
Will they ever know what they meant to each other?
Or will it be too late... Before Tupak and Anondo realized that what he missed was his partner in crime and rival of best order in his life.
