The Forbidden Love

Chapter 23

~Kutsui's POV~

I haven't stopped trying to find a way to bring Nyx back. But in the process.. I've pushed our daughters away. I refuse to stop until she's back in my arms. I need her. She's my life.

*5 YEARS LATER*

I made breakfast for little Lucca. He's 7 now. He's growing really fast. Just like Emily and Kayla did. It's because of the wolf gene.

I called a baby sitter for Lucca. I was going to go visit Nyx's grave. Today is the day I try to bring her back. I hope to god it works.

The baby sitter came and I turned into a wolf then ran into the woods. It was at least 25 minutes to get there. It was her favorite spot to go. She always went there when she needed to think of needed space. I miss her so much.

I got there and turned human. "Hey baby.." I sat next to the grave stone. "Your going to come home today I just know it." I smiled weakly.

I did the spell and waited. Hours went by and tears fell from my eyes. "I should have listened to them.. no one can bring people back from the dead.. I tried baby.. I really did.." I sobbed. "I pushed our daughters away.. I fucked up.. I failed you. I'm so so sorry my love.. I miss you so much.. I wish you were here. It would be so much easier.." I kissed my hand then put my hand on the grave stone.

I walked away and heard a huge crack. It sounded like stone breaking. I turned around quickly and there she was. Standing there in, next to the grave, was Nyx. "It worked.. it worked!" I ran to her and kissed her deeply and passionately as happy tears spilled from my eyes. She clung to me and kissed back deeply and passionately. I felt her tears fall on my face.

"I never stopped. I never stopped trying to bring you back!" She smiled softly. "I know baby." She kissed me again. "Thank you so much. I love you so very much." She said lovingly. I smiled brightly and held her close. I can't believe she's finally home.
