Chapter 17. Moving Forward

          Previously On "Man Made"

          Blemish jumped towards (Y/n), raising his left leg for a kick to the temple. (Y/n) finally revealed his quirk, although his method was unorthodox. (Y/n) had raised his right fist for a punch. Blemish prepared to dodge, but was surprised when he saw (Y/n)'s fist approaching his own face.

          "Do you wanna the exact moment you lost. When you underestimated me. You were so caught up in yourself, you didn't even consider I might have had a quirk. To be fair, I did the same thing. I just adjusted." (Y/n) explained, looking down he noticed Blemish had fallen unconscious before he finished.

          "(L/n), wait! We can get you help!" Sakura exclaimed causing (Y/n) muscles to tense and his eyes to widen.

          "I remember the feeling of being beat by my mother, but this isn't the same. There's something else behind these hi-" (Y/n) started thinking to himself, but was cut off by a hug from Kurogiri.

3rd Person P.O.V. Following (Y/n)

          It's the day after the fight with Blemish. After getting to the hideout and having his moment with Kurogiri, he went to his room until to think, he was called by Shigaraki because All For One wanted to talk to him. Entering the room All For One was in, he called out to her.

          "You called, Sensei?" (Y/n)'s voice rang through the room.

          "I did. I wanted to discuss our fight with Blemish." All For One spoke with a serious edge.

          "Ok. What about it?" (Y/n) asked, a little unnerved by her tone.

          "I'll start by saying that you shouldn't have left without the proper order. I allow every member their freedom, but you need to follow orders. You're involvement could have ruined Shigaraki's plan. Do you understand?" All For One chastised.

          "Yes ma'am. It won't happen again." (Y/n) answered.

          "Good. Then, I won't punish you. I believe Kurogiri did enough of that." All For One spoke amused, taking a jab at (Y/n)'s pride.

          "Something like that." (Y/n) responded.

          "There's another thing I wanted to talk about the fight. It would seem you're getting stronger." All For One spoke, congratulating the boy.

          "What do you mean?" (Y/n) asked.

          "Before I answer that, what do you know of Blemish?" All For One questioned.

          "Just that he had a quirk and was fucking psychotic." (Y/n) answered

          "I see. Well, there's a great bit more to him. I won't go into full detail of his back story, but he tried to jump about 3 months before you did. After failing and being picked up by Stain, he started following her. But aside from that, as he was when you fought him, he was capable of killing many pro heroines. None of the top heroines of course, but he was no laughing matter." All For One informed, surprising the boy.

          "Oh. Then, does that mean I can take on pros?" (Y/n) asked out loud, mostly to himself, as he looked at his hands.

          "It would seem so. Just don't get into trouble you can't escape." All For One advised.
