"At first, I had my reservations. But, I remembered that time in the hospital. When you crushed (M/n)'s hand. I don't want to see you or anyone like that again. Even then, I was unsure. The final straw was when I was told about your seizure the other day. It wasn't easy, but I managed to get it accepted. However, there are a few restrictions in place. We'll discuss those later. I'm sure you're thinking about a lot right now."

"Seeing Kurogiri would definitely help with my stress. Is that how it works. Can I not get rid of it myself. That can't be the case, but lately it's proving itself to be true. I really hope I can find an answer soon." (Y/n) would repeatedly find himself thinking in one form or another.

---

"It was his eyes." Nezu stated.

3rd Person P.O.V. Following (Y/n)

We open to see Class 1A in their hero suits. They are standing at Training Field Gamma. Each of them are in their own niches, talking about various subjects in relation to their lives. While the aspiring heroes were talking, U.A.'s resident villain kid was standing alone against a wall. While they were conversing, he was thinking.

"Aizawa told me Kurogiri will be coming tomorrow. I'll have to ask her. Maybe she'll know how to help. But until then, now is the most important moment." (Y/n) thought to himself.

When he finished, he closed his eyes and took a long breath. He began to do this every so often to help him reign in his focus. He would have finished his focus ritual, but Daichi walked up to him.

"H-Hey (Y/n). It's been a while." Daichi said, clearly nervous given her tone and posture.

"Yeah. What's up?" (Y/n) asked, not really annoyed or excited.

"Well, I saw you were alone. I was just wondering if you were alright." Daichi admitted.

"I think so, but I'm not too sure myself. At least I can say that right now, I'm ok." (Y/n) answered, feeling no reason to lie, given they already know about him.

"That's good, I guess. So, what were you doing just now?" the electric lass asked.

"I was thinking. There's a lot going on, so I've been trying to figure a lot out right now." (Y/n) answered.

Suddenly, Mina ran up to the group.

"Hey guys!" The pink skinned lass energetically announced.

          "Hey, Ashido." Kaminari  greeted.

          "Hi." (Y/n) reciprocated.

"What were you guy talkin' about?" Mina asked, filled with her usual enthusiasm.

"Nothing in particular. More importantly, why'd you come here? You seemed to be having a good conversation with Kirishima." (Y/n) asked, sounded a bit harsher than he intended.

"Oh, I planned to come over here when I finished talking with her. I figured it must be so blegh being alone all the time. Seems like Kaminari beat me to it, though." Mina answered, shoving off his harsh tone as simple social inexperience and somewhat catching (Y/n) off guard.

"I see. Thanks. However, I think we're about to start." (Y/n) responded, referring to the teachers that had just walked into the field.

Immediately, Kaminari and Ashido ran to make sure they didn't miss anything. When they went away, (Y/n) couldn't help but smile. Of all the students that had started to talk to him after learning about him, which was few and far between, these 2 had the most positive energy about it. Deciding to catch up, (Y/n) jogged to catch what Aizawa was saying.

"Alright, everyone. Today is going to be a bit of a break from the first aid. Instead, we figured we'd give you all something you might find a little interesting. You'll be doing one on one battles. Matches will be decided at random. There are no boundaries, but please try to stay in the training field. The only ways to win are to make you opponent admit defeat or render them unable to continue. Because their are 21 of you, one match will be a 1v1v1 free for all. In addition, Cementoss will change the ground every fight, so there won't be any pre-fight preparation with the arena. That all being said, first match: Sero vs Shouji vs Hagakure." Aizawa explained.

All 3 walked up and started their battle. It was a close one, but Sero won it. Shouji is strong, but not strong enough to remove ridiculous amounts of tape as strong as steel from herself. Fortunately for Sero,  Shouji had already taken Hagakure out, able to find her because of the training they had done together.

The next match was Ashido vs Sato. Sato lasted long, but eventually ran out of stamina and lost cognitive function. Unfortunately she wasn't patient enough with her sugar, so she ran out of steam early. This allowed Ashido to secure a win by barely being able to dodge a fast flurry of punches.

Uraraka vs Aoyama was a battle of attrition for the victor. Aoyama kept firing blast after blast. Her training to increase her limit had started to show its value, but she had a little ways to go. The lasers would create plenty of debris for Uraraka to use and start closing distance. Eventually, Aoyama hit her limit and Uraraka detained her with Gunhead Martial Arts.

Tokoyami vs Asui was an interesting one. Both opponents had similar skill sets. What it really boiled down to was Asui's Camouflage. She was able to get close and detain Tokoyami, but not without sustaining her own injuries.

Ojiro vs Yaoyorozu was seemingly one sided. Ojiro was on a constant attack, making sure Momo had no opportunity to create anything too large. However, behind the scenes, Momo had shed her shoes and was slowly setting up a trap. When Ojiro stepped into the right spot, she sprung it, stopping her opponent and securing the win.

Mineta vs Todoroki was a no-brainer. Immediately, Todoroki froze Mineta in place, preventing her from moving and securing the win in an instant.

Midoriya vs Iida was a battle of sheer speed. Iida quickly charged forward, but Midoriya's Full Cowl allowed her the ability to dodge. Rather than sticking to her standard 5%, which already made her faster than Iida, Midoriya started trying to progress from after her fight with Bakugou. She cranked it up to 10%. This transition allowed her to easily surpass Iida in speed. The Engine user tried for one final Recipiro Burst, but at 10%, Midoriya was able to barely avoid the attack. Iida's engines stalled and she could no longer continue.

Jirou vs Kirishima was a fairly fast match. Jirou tried for a few attacks with her speakers, which had a little effect. Unfortunately, because of Kirishima's Hardening, she couldn't do any real damage. Eventually, Kirishima got close enough to end the match.

Kouda vs Kaminari didn't have a lot of action. The most notable thing was that they brought in a few animals to even out the fight, nothing more than simple birds or squirrels. Kaminari tried to sharp shoot Kouda, but she kept distance enough. In turn, Kaminari tried an nondiscriminatory shock. She hit the squirrels, but the birds were fine. Kouda had gotten to higher ground, so it was ineffective. Kouda was able to get close to a fried Kaminari and detain her

"Alright guys, this is the last one. (Y/n) vs Bakugou." Aizawa exclaimed

Both enemies looked at each other. Katsumi gave a victorious smirk, boasting her confidence in absolutely crushing him. (Y/n) gave a confident smirk, his being far kinder than Katsumi's. They both stared each other in the eye for a moment before walking forward to the makeshift arena. During that exchange, no words were spoken, but they both heard what the other was saying loud and clear. Both their souls were screaming one phrase.

"Time For Some Payback!" they both internalized.
