Fake smile

I wake up and find Finn laying on my stomach sleeping soundly. I guess we fell asleep. I look at my sleeping best friends face. I think about when we briefly dated. It was so much fun, and he never hurt me like Noah did. Over. And over.

I look at his features. His carved cheekbones. His soft lips. His deep brown eyes. Of fuck he's awake shit!

"I guess we fell asleep." He says sitting up.

"Yea." I sit up and look down at my hands that were resting in my lap.

"Hey y/n?"

"Yea."

"Why were you looking at me earlier?"

If I was honest I didn't know. I got this feeling. A feeling I'd only experienced with Noah. What is going on with me?

"I don't know Finn..."

"Oh ok."

David enters the room.

"Hey. I'm gonna send in Joe And Dacre since they are dying to see you." He says before leaving.

"Hey can I tell you something?" Finn's voice is soft.

"Yea of course."

"I-" he's cut off by Dacre and Joe pushing into the room.

"LITTLE SIS!" Dacre says running over. His arms are open wide which gave me the perfect opportunity to jump onto him and wrap my arms around his shoulders.

"Dackery I missed you!" I hug him tightly. His arms tightly hold my waist so I don't fall.

"Let me hug my daughter!" Joe says stamping his feet like a kid. I laugh and let go of Dacre and make my way to Joe.

He hugs me tightly and picks me off the ground.

"I've missed you so much!" He says into my shoulder.

"I missed you too mamma." He sets me back on the floor. I sit back on the bed.

"Hey, I'm gonna go get noah and the casts so they can come see you." David says walking into the room.

"Ok." I smile at him before he leaves.

I talk with the three boys for a while until David comes back.

"Ok I'm getting a few at a time so you're not overwhelmed."

"It's fine I can take it."

"Ok." He leaves again before returning with Sadie, Gaten, Caleb, Natalia, Charlie, Sophia, Wyatt, Jaeden, Chosen, Jeremy, Bill And last But not least Noah.

Everyone takes their turn hugging me and telling me how much they've missed me until It's just Noah left. He stands by the door with his hands behind his back with his head hung.

"Noah?" He flinches when I call his name.

"Noah please come here." He slowly walks over to the side of my bed. I scoot over and pull him into the bed.

"Noah, I hope you know this isn't your fault. It's my mothers fault. She is the one who kidnapped me and poisoned me."

"I could have saved you..." tears slip out of his eyes.

I sigh and turn towards the others "can we have some privacy?"

They all nod and leave quickly.

I turn to Noah as he let's out a sob. I pull him closer and hold him as he cries into my chest.

"Noah baby... I don't blame you. No one does. Why do you?"

"You wanted to go on our date earlier and I said no. I said I was busy but I just wanted to play video games... I should have just went on our date earlier..."

"Noah... I didn't care that you wanted to push our date and I still don't. I don't care if you wanted to play video games first before going on our date. I was just happy we were going on a date at all. I just wanted you Noah. Whether it was at 6 am or 10 pm. I just wanted you Noah." He pulls away and looks at me.

I wipe the tears off his cheeks.

"I love you Noah Schnapp. More than I have ever loved anyone before. I don't care if you wanted to change the time of our date. If you hadn't been blowing up my phone I wouldn't have discovered it was in my back pocket. You saved me Noah. You." He looks in my eyes.

"I did?"

"Yes Noah."

He smiles softly.

"I love you Noah Schnapp."

"I love you too." He kisses me softly. I smile and kiss back.

Thoughts cross my mind during that kiss but they weren't about Noah...

We pull away and look at each other. For some reason when I open my eyes I'm expecting to see Finn.... what is going on?!

Time skip a few months cause I'm lazy and don't know what to do lol

I made my way to Finn's house to hang out. I knock on the door and am greeted by Nick.

"Hey Nicky!" He rolls his eyes and smiles.

"I swear you're the only person I let call me that!" He says giving me a hug. I laugh and hug him back.

"Welcome back to castle Wolfhard." He says letting me in.

"Why thank you kind sir." I curtsy and giggle.

Me and Finn hadn't really hung out in a while and I missed him. We hadn't been talking that much either. Then again neither had me and Noah.

I decided to surprise Finn today instead of telling him since I thought he'd be happy to see me. He comes downstairs shirtless playing a game on his phone.

"Hey Finn you have a guest." Nick says walking to the kitchen.

Finn looks up and sees me. I smile and wave. He does the douchey head nod thing.

"Sorry I should have told you I was coming."

"Should have just not came at all..." he mumbles barely loud enough for me to hear.

"What? If you don't want me here I can leave." I say pointing to the door.

"Great! Have a nice flight then!" He turns and goes back up to his room. I stand there shocked. This wasn't my best friend.

I go upstairs and knock on his door. He groans loudly and throws something before opening the door and plastering a fake smile on his face.

"May I help you?"
