The next day, I decided to visit Mal and Evie and the new VK's. Evie called me yesterday and informed that they were fine and Mal was staying overnight by her place. Harry had fencing practice today and he did not want to come.After a brisk walk through the forest, I saw the sign" Evie's 4 ever hearts" and was relieved I remembered the way after visiting there once. The doors were already unlocked so I swung the doors open. I heard voices from the living room so I followed it. Dizzy and the twins of Smee sat there devouring a cake. I was confused on who's cake it was until I remembered that today was Jane's birthday and I had completely forgotten. No doubt Harry did as well. I mentally shrugged, it's not like I even talk to the girl before.

"Dizzy, twins," I nodded as I leant against the wall with my arms folded.

"Felice!" She gasped looking up at me with half her face covered in cake," we thought you were gone."

"Well you thought wrong," I shrugged," you have a little something there." I used my index finger and gestured to her whole mouth region.

Embarrassedly, she grabbed a handful of napkins and wiped her mouth.

"You know where Mal and Evie is?" I cocked my head at her.

"Down the hall on the right," she muttered and I nodded as thanks.

I stalked down the long corridor to Evie's sewing room.

"You're going to be a great queen, Mal," Evie's voice spoke softly.

I entered the room to see Evie standing as she embraced Mal who was sitting in a chair.

"Knockity Knockity," I sang as I lightly rapped the glass doors twice.

"Felice!" they both gasped as they turned to me.

"Wow everyone's so surprised to see me today I should leave the dorms more," I said as I looked around the room disinterestedly.

"Why are you here?" Mal asked.

"I saw your heated battle on the tv yesterday so I decided to check on our future queen," I said as I played with a heart that had a bunch of needles sticking out of it.

Mal grabbed it away from me making me look her in her eyes as she swarm with annoyance," Felice, I'm not in the mood for your games today."

She pushed past me as she walked to the exit but I grabbed her arm and pull her back to face me.

"I came to warn you, the people on the Isle are getting impatient and Hades' attempt yesterday is the first of many to come," I said coldly.

"How do you know that?" She asked curiously.

Flashes of plenty of my dreams with many villains plotting to break the barrier flashed before my eyes as I contemplated her question. Knowing I can't tell her about my recent developments as I haven't even told Harry I quickly formulated a lie.

"They were plotting this long before I left the Isle," I waved off," I thought it was their normal angsty ravings but yesterday's attempt proved me wrong."

"I don't care if you listen to me or not, but don't say I didn't warn you because there's villains as bad as Hades itching to get out now," I warned.

She studied me as she maintain eye contact ( probably deciding whether to believe me or not) until she nodded," I will take what you said under consideration."

"Now excuse me, I need to get out of this dress,"

"I see she's still being a bitch," I turned to Evie.

Evie sighed," she's been under a lot of pressure since you three broke out and now she has to deal with Hades and who knows how many others trying to get out you should cut her some slack."

"It's nice to know I can still get under her skin even when I'm not trying to but she doesn't deserve any slack from me for what she's done."

"Felice you still can't be upset that we left you on the isle," Evie turned to me raising an eyebrow.

"You don't get it Evie," I muttered turning away.

"No I do. I know you feel abandoned and hurt especially since you looked up to Mal for a time. I know you feel rejected because we never came back or looked for you or probably never gave you much thought but trust me when I say when we returned to the Isle we realized leaving you behind was our biggest regret and Mal and Jay would never say this but we missed you and it pains us to see you have changed." Evie spoke solemnly.

I kept my back turned," that's all mushy crap to me what I want is freedom especially to the others who are like me." I turned to meet Evie's warm brown eyes that swarm with confusion," and until Mal does what's right she won't be getting an ease up from me."

I pulled the door forcefully behind me as I left the room. I then heard loud crack and a cackle. Puzzled I ran towards it and saw Jay and Carlos joining me.

"You think Ben would love you now you old hag? You know what you did and you will pay the price so will Auradon!" A familiar voice shouted outside the balcony.

We ran outside to see what appeared to be another VK.

"Who's this bitch?" I shouted.

"So long suckers,"'she said as she twirled away in pink smoke.

I turned and saw an old woman with the same face as Mal. I shuddered at the sight as Jay exclaimed,"woah" in surprise.

"Mal you did not age well," I said in disgust.

"Uh you might want to think of a spell for that," Jay voiced.

"There's no spell that can reverse the curse of the scepter," Mal muttered.

"Well that's a shame," Carlos said.

"Forget about me Audrey's out for revenge all of Auradon's in danger,"

"Audrey as in sleeping beauty's daughter? Wow that girl was anything but beauty," I commented.

"What should we do?" Evie asked.

"The only thing more powerful than the scepter is Hades ember,"

"Oh like he's just gonna hand out the ember just like that," Jay scoffed.

"We don't even know where his lair is," Evie informed.

"Oh I do, I make it my job to know every villain's residency,"

"You are coming with us," Mal pointed at me.

"Yeah right," I laughed.

"Mal?" A younger voice questioned then a scream as we turned to see Dizzy and the twins.

"Dizzy stay with the twins and stay inside we'll be right back. Everything's fine," Evie ordered.

"Guys get your stuff. Felice get Harry we need all the help we could get and meet us at the border."

"Who says we want to help you and Mal." I objected.

"Felice please we need your help Auradon is counting on us,"

"In case you haven't realised I don't really care much for Auradon or your hero régime,"I crossed my arms.

"Think about it if Audrey rules Auradon imagine what she's going to do to all the VK's," Evie reasoned as she walked Mal inside.

I rolled my eyes and huffed," we would meet you in 20 don't be late," I said I stormed down the beaten pathway back to the school.
