So above is the OST of his first movie with Nadine Lustre, that kicked off his career, because after winning Pinoy Big Brother House reality tv, James went on hiatus.
The movie was actually based on a famous Wattpad story entitled Diary ng Pangit (Diary of an Ugly Girl). It was the first Wattpad story that was made a movie here in our country. The cinemas were so full of Wattpad readers including me and my sister. I enjoyed the movie very much though not all scenes were covered. The story was a great one. Typical girl as the maid of a bad boy and they happen to be schoolmates. She was unpopular because of her looks. While the guy was the typical rich bad guy but has a good heart. The twists and turns of the story were the best, especially with the other guy and other girl as third parties. You will love all characters that you barely even know who's the villain in the story.
From Wattpad to a published book and then a hit movie. Awesome!
Plus I have alway loved James Reid on his PBB days because of his values and his humility. No wonder he was the grand winner.
I have fangirl too much. I should get on my day. Hahaha. And will listen to James Reid on my playlist.
He wrote many songs for his girl Nadine, my current favorite is Healing. 😭😭😭
I just love honest loving loyal men who do not let the fame nor success changed their principles in life.
