tightness taking over my body
pain that starts in the left
moves to the right
a tear rolls down my cheek
i hug my knees
and pray
for the pain to stop
the tears are falling freely now
as it is if someone is bringing a knife
in and out of my chest
i wonder if death is more pleasant
then dealing with this
every day .
