The creature cackled madly, hiding in the alley and stared at the hospital or rather the window from one of the room.

She keep her eyes on the window, crawling eeriely as she passed through the crowd and no one noticed her cause they couldn't see her.

Midoriya, the girls and the boys are still laying on the bed on the same position as the doctor check them over.

The doctor sighed and run his hand over his hair. "Their vitals and conditions are normal," he murmured under his breath. "But they don't seem to be waking up."

"Is it a coma?" Kirishima asked, voluntered himself to stay with his green haired friend since others have to go home and join him later.

"Not this kind of coma," the doctor replied, clipping his pen on his pocket. "I've never seen anything like this." He then went up beside one of the boys and pressed his two fingers on his small wrist.

"They're healthy but to sleep this long with no exhaustion or deprived is something I've never treat before," he explained.

"Maybe their bodies are stressing out?" Kaminari questioned, also voluntered with lida and Ojiro.

"Perhaps," the doctor sighed again. "I will come back to check up on them." They bowed as he walked out through the door and scoot their seats beside their comatose friend.

"Why would the kidnapper want the children including Midoriya?" Ojiro suddenly speak up after few minutes of silence. "It doesn't added up."

"Do you think we're overthinking?"

"What do you mean?"

"Think about it," Kirishima frowns grimly. "Maybe we're thinking about quirks too much and it keep on happening again all over the Japan."

"Let's just hope for Midoriya to wake up soon," lida reassured him. "It'll be all right."

While they're talking, they're oblivious at the sudden twitch from Midoriya's fingers and parted lips.

As well with the children.

On the other side, the doctor is walking to his office when a sound can be heard near him.

He looked at the corridor and got yanked as his mouth been cover with long fingers and dragged to the dark room.

A sound of struggling and noises from the doctor, proved that he's fighting against what's in there with him.

Then there's a pause.

His last scream cannot be heard, trailing to choking and gurgling as the blood flow from the ground, sliding to the door and the sound of disturbing munching coming from the room.

Inside the room, his mouth been ripped wide open with his eyes rolled up. The creature is leaning on his open stomach, devouring inside of him.

The creature lifted up her head and showing her monster-like grin with razor sharp teeth with blood and pieces of organs all over.

Meanwhile, Naomasa is driving on top speed as Sansa hurriedly call from the police headquarter and Aizawa is clenching the car seats.

"Faster Naomasa!" He barked.

"I am!" He barked back.

The last words from the old man echoed through their minds.

'That demon won't stopped at nothing until she get her hands on those children, even me.'

"Midoriya...!"
