I often think about touching you,
when our skin meets
crackling electric blue
raising hair and flesh.
You open up to a molten core
floating in a sea of darkness.
A sun, a starburst supernova at the centre of a nebula
of lit colours and cosmic glitter
expanding in pulsing waves
consuming the darkness and everything
from the inside out.
