"I swear to God. If one more person comes up to me and asks what's in a hot chocolate I'm going to throw myself off a roof." Seungmin leaned on the counter of the coffee shop he started working at.

"Do you want to get Hyunjin a nice meal after Prom or not?" Woojin whispered into his ear, obviously getting tired of the younger boys lazy attitude.

"I mean yeah. But like, I can also take Chan's credit card without him knowing." Seungmin pondered on the idea, completely ignoring the signal of the bell that signaled a new customer.

Hyunjin, Jeongin, and Felix entered the cafè, laughing to each other and smiling. Noticing Seungmin in his thinking mode and Woojin glaring at him for being lazy only made Hyunjin laugh to himself, mainly out of fright that Woojin would kill his boyfriend for not doing his job.

"What comes on the hot chocolate?" Jeongin asked Seungmin, the youngest of the groups red hair shining in the lights.

"What do you think comes on it?! It's a hot chocolate!" Seungmin yelled at Jeongin, causing the other to freeze up.

"Seungmin! Go on break!" Woojin yelled at the younger and pushed him out from behind the counter and into Hyunjin's arms. "Take hold of your mans before I throw him into a mixer."

"Yes sir." Hyunjin mumbled as he tightened his grip on Seungmin, the other not fighting to get out.

"Y'all are gross." Felix said as he took a judgmental sip of his overly sweet coffee.

"I don't wanna hear it. You and Changbin were purely disgusting Halloween night. I couldn't even eat my candy." Jeongin hissed at the Aussie as he grabbed his hot chocolate from Woojin, eyes narrowed as he made a gagging sound.

"We were not!" Felix's voice slightly rose as he tried to defend himself. He knew they were all over each other that night but he didn't want anyone else to know. Especially from the mouth of sort of adult Yang Jeongin.

"Hey Jeongin, sorry for yelling. I'm stressed." Seungmin intervened before they started full blown arguing, pushing himself into Hyunjin's embrace even more.

"I just wanted sprinkles damnit." Jeongin huffed and took a sip of his regular hot chocolate, missing the whip cream and sprinkles he would always get as toppings.

"How's Jisung doing?" Woojin asked as he wiped down the counter, curious about how his younger friend was doing.

"Well he tried to escape on his third night and ended up tripping and spraining his ankle, so now his stay is extended." Hyunjin laughed to himself as he recalled Jisung complaining about having to stay even longer.

"He did what now?" Seungmin asked, voice laced with curiosity.

"Jisung was scheduled to leave on the morning of his fourth day. Well he got impatient and tried to "escape" the hospital, and that night he got dressed and slipped out of his room." Felix looked over at Jeongin as a sign for him to finish the story.

"Only to bump into his med cart, spilling every pill in existence onto the floor and slipping onto the floor and spraining his ankle."

The news of Jisung's now longer stay had Seungmin quietly cackling and Woojin slightly concerned.

—— The previous night: 11:47 PM ——
"Well aren't you looking better?" The night shift nurse smiled her too wide smile to Jisung, her fake white teeth practically becoming a flash light in the darkened hospital room.

"I'm fine." Jisung hissed as he pulled his arm away from the nurse as she tried to check his radial pulse.

"Honey I know you want to leave. But work is you'll be leaving tomorrow morning. Now let me check your pulse real quick and I'll be out of your hair."

"Bring me six hot pockets and I'll I've you my arm." With a sigh the nurse agreed to the hot pockets and quickly checked Jisung pulse, returning twelve minutes later with a plate of hot pockets.

"I.. I need to get out of here," Jisung mumbled to himself as he bit into his third hot pocket, flipping through the channels on the hospital television. "I can't stand it here any longer." Setting his plate of microwave snacks to the side Jisung uncovered himself and pulled on a pair of socks.

Tip toeing to the door Jisung winced as the door to his room creaked and groaned as he cracked it, his head popping out and peering down the hallway. The cost was clear. Jisung quickly shut the door and grabbed the pair of clothes he had sitting in a chair, the clothes he wore when he arrived.
After he finished buttoning up his flannel Jisung slipped out of his room and started to quietly make his way to the elevators. The small taps of his converse weren't loud enough to wake anyone but wasn't quiet enough to not alert a quiet sleeper.
'Almost there' Jisung though, the silver of the elevator shining from the moon light that came through the window. Stretching his legs out as far as he could Jisung tried to get to the doors faster, the idea of escaping being the only thing on his mind until his hip banged into a medicine cart.

"Shit!" Jisung whisper yelled as he heard the sound of multiple pill bottles falling and opening onto the laminate flooring, the contents of the bottles spilling across the floor.

Jisung dropped to his knees and started pushing the pills into a pile, crawling around and grabbing the bottles and setting them up in a line. Standing and taking long lunges for a stray bottle Jisung's shoe stepped on a smile pile of pills he made - and forgot about - sending him falling for the ground.

"Fuck! Shit! Oh god!" Jisung bit the side of his cheek to keep from yelling, not realizing how loud the sound of his body falling to the floor was.

The lights of the hospital turned on and three nurses on night shift rushed to the lobby to see what the matter was only to find Han Jisung cradled onto the floor, fully dressed, holding his knee, and surrounded by spilled medication and medication bottles.

"Han!" One of the night nurses yelled as she rushed over and pulled Jisung into a sitting position, it was the same nurse as early. The one who brought him the hot pockets.

"I'm fine!" Jisung yelled as he stood up and instantly fell against the wall for support, finding that his ankle couldn't take support.

The other two nurses were putting the pills in their respected bottles, capping and writing down which ones fell to the floor. The one with Jisung clicked her tongue and started her way back to Jisung's room, the boys arms wrapped around her shoulders for support as he limped his way.
Setting him down Jisung winced as the nurse took off his shoe and examined his ankle, raising a brow at the purple color and visible swelling that seemed to happen.

"It's not broken. But most likely swollen. This stunt landed you at least another four days. Now get some sleep, it's 2 AM." The nurse patted Jisung's shoulder and quickly wrapped his ankle, leaving him alone in the room and in the dark.

Falling onto his back Jisung's head landed on the hospital pillows and with a soft groan he shut his eyes. "Fuck."

—— Present Day ——
"It's safe to say he's a giant idiot." Hyunjin laughed at Felix's comment as Jeongin started to chuckle quietly.

"Well I'm gonna go visit the giant idiot. Seungmin you're in charge and I want you three to run the front, Seungmin you can help them." Woojin fixed the collar of his jacket, ignoring the beginning protest of Felix, Jeongin, and Hyunjin.

"But he's in charge!"
