Nightmares (Ein x Kai)

Ein,a werewolf young man in college with his boyfriend name Kai,who is a Meif'wa. Throughout college,Ein has been having nightmares each and every day,but he is getting tired and not getting enough sleep because of this nightmare.

So,he asked Kai to do his homework sometimes,he tried not to ask as much as his boyfriend to not overwork.

But,Kai has noticed that Ein's behavior has changed. He was afraid,and a bit jumpy,and a little aggressive toward him,and everyone else around campus. Kai doesn't like this behavior from his boyfriend,he needs to help him but Ein refuses,but Kai is going to keep at it to Ein.

But,Kai has noticed his behavior has changed. He's been afraid,jumpy,and angry towards others,including towards him. Kai doesn't like this behavior from his lover. He wants to help him no matter what.

[Kai's POV]

At Night,I entered the room to see a tired boyfriend with tired eyes. Seeing Ein reading a book,he blinked his eyes slowly as he tried to keep up reading the book. This is gonna affect him.

What's causing him to be this tired,or exhausted?

I entered the room to see Ein with tired eyes reading a book,he blinks his eyes slowly trying to keep up reading the book. This is starting to take effect on him. What's causing him to be this tired,or exhausted.

I walked over to him,then sat down on his bed as he was sitting on the chair,so I tapped on his shoulder. Then he suddenly jumped,looking around,then finally looked at me in the face.

"Hi Ein,it's just me." I said.

Ein sighed with relief.

"So..what's been bothering you?" I asked.

He refused to answer.

"E-"

Before I could say anything he just got up and left the room.

I'm starting to get worried about this. He doesn't want to talk to me,but i have to keep asking him over and over if I have to. I have no other choice,he needs my help whether he likes it or not.

[Later at night]

During the night Kai and Ein had fallen asleep in their bed,and a while later,Kai woke up. He lifted himself up from the bed to not see Ein in his bed. He looked around the room to see that Ein wasn't in sight.

He whispers as he calls out Ein's name.

"Ein.."

He got up from the bed and checked outside of the dorm,walking out there was no sight of Ein.

"He couldn't leave the dorms...he couldn't." he said with a worried tone in his voice.

He went back inside his dorm room,then he heard a mumbling voice,a voice coming from the bathroom. He opened up the door to see Ein trembling from head to toe,he mumbles the same words over and over again.

"I'm sorry I'm sorry I'm so sorry."

Kai spoke before he could reach out for Ein.

Ein lifts up his head,opens up his eyes with tears streaming down his cheeks,he sees Kai right in front of him,the tears are blurring out his vision.

"G-Go aw-away." He said,trembling.

"Come on,let's talk."

"No way,it's stupid. You'll laugh at me." He said.

"I won't laugh silly,I love you too much." Said Kai with a sweet smile on his face.

Ein couldn't fight it anymore,he cried into tears,he bought himself into a hug to his boyfriend,he cried and cried intro tears.

Then Kai purrs,and kisses his werewolf all over his face,kissing away his tears,Kai knows he'll be there for Ein no matter what.

After Ein calmed down,the two couples headed to Ein's bed.

Ein spoke up.

"I'm having these recurring nightmares,it keeps happening over and over again,repeatedly. It showed me of a young woman,her,and everyone else who I loved,it was vivid dreams. It felt real,Kai. I killed her and everyone else,I was covered in blood,there were blood stains on the knife,and I don't understand! Why did I kill her? Why did I kill my friends? I would never do such things to them,it's too much." he said with tears forming in his eyes.

Ein cried and said.

"I deserve it. I deserve it! The pain and suffering...it's so much pain...what did i do wrong...? Tell me!" he shouted,crying.

Kai was silent, then he held Ein's hand,and spoke.

"What else?"

"You...you were not there,you were not by my side. You were already dead. I-i couldn't live a life without you. I don't understand,did I kill you? I wouldn't kill someone who I love. I couldn't..." he said.

Kai kisses Ein's forehead and tries his best to comfort his boyfriend and speaks.

"Whatever those nightmares are,it isn't real. You are the sweetest and nicest werewolf I ever met,sure you have a rough childhood but you are someone I love and cared for. I would never abandon you,my love is strong for you,Ein. And I would be there for you every step of the way,and you can trust me and believe me." said Kai with a sweet smile on his face.

Then Kai decided to carry his boyfriend to his own bed,laying him down on the bed as Kai got down and scooted over to his boyfriend in the bed.

"WH-WHAT?! NO! Get me out of your bed,we can barely fit." he shouted as he blush in the shade of pink in his cheeks,blushing heavily.

Kai chuckled lightly. He refused to move.

"No,because if you have those nightmares again,I'll be there for you,even if I sleep in the bed with you. You need me,my wolf,I love you." he said.

This warms Ein's heart,he is more in love with Kai more than ever. The two couples eventually fell asleep,Ein hugged his boyfriend while he was sleeping peacefully in bed. He felt better,he felt safe with Kai.

I feel calmer....

He makes me feel...alot better.
