On A Date (Ava x Pierce)

A continuation of "Protecting My Princess"

Birds chirped,flying onto the branches and sat in their nests protecting their eggs. There were people out on the streets on their phones or reading the newspaper to get ready for work or getting a taxi and an uber driver.

In an apartment,a human resides there with demons known as Daemos from another world. Inside of her room,she wakes herself up and stretches her arms and legs. She had messy hair and a messy blanket on her side of the bed. She turned to her left and saw her boyfriend right next to her sleeping peacefully. She giggles.

She got herself out of the bed,and went to the bathroom door,and opened up the door knob,she entered inside the bathroom and yawned to herself. She noticed herself in the mirror.

"My hair is a mess..." she said.

She cleaned herself up in the bathroom and take care of her hair,she got out of the bathroom and noticed her boyfriend is awake,he yawned and say;

"Good morning,Princess."

"Good morning,Pierce."

She walked over to his side of the bed,and kissed him on the cheek then headed out of the bedroom.

Pierce touched his cheek with his hand,and he smiled to himself.

Ava is cooking lunch for the boys,and her boyfriend. She's wearing an apron and following a cookbook since she promised to learn to cook since she has some Daemos in her living room. They're been living with her secretly for about three months. And she's glad that she could have someone who understands her without having the title of "Mayor's daughter."

"Alright boys time fo-"

Before she could serve them lunch,she sees Prince Asch,and Leif watching some television that showed violence,and tries to imitate them by using Noi as a test dummy. Rhys on the other hand seems to be reading about human anatomy. She witnessed Prince Asch having Noi in a chokehold as Noi couldn't breath. Ava gasps as she placed each plate on the table and rushed over to them and to stop Prince Asch from attempting such dangerous stuff.

"Alright,I'm banning the both of you from the wrestling channel." she said.

"WHAT?!" they shouted in unison.

Ava looked down,and noticed Noi trying to catch a breath,and whined. He started to burst out in tears and cries,quickly Leif bent down and did his best to comfort Noi,and apologized to him that Prince Asch convinced him to use him as a test dummy.

Noi continued to cry but this time into Leif's chest.

"Pathetic." said Prince Asch.

Prince Asch gets smacked by a book from Rhys.

"HEY!"

-Timeskip-

Ava,and Pierce are going out on a date for the very first time. Ava wanted the date to go out smoothly like a perfect date. She helped Pierce with the clothing and type of style that fits him. Pierce didn't understand the concept of dating but this makes Ava happy and if she's happy,he is happy.

Ava has managed to have a jar of money for certain stuff on what's important like dating with Pierce but she has other jars in case of emergencies. She didn't bother to ask her dads for money this time,she can prove she can be an independent and strong woman on her own.

On their way to the restaurant together,Pierce looked around his surroundings,and then looked at Ava. he looked concerned.

"Princess Ava..? Are you sure these humans won't harm you?" he said,concerned.

Ava looked up at Pierce and told him not to worry about these humans as they are busy with their social life. So,she and Pierce entered the restaurant together and had seats. They ordered drinks and had a nice little conversation together then they ordered food.

They were having a good time at the restaurant without any interference from someone,and once they were done,they continued to stay out for the day. Ava looked at the clock on her watch as it was late around 9PM.

"Come on! Let's have another fun!" shouted Ava with excitement of joy.

Pierce smiled,he loves seeing her happy with a sweet smile on her face.

They had ice cream together on their date,Ava has vanilla ice cream and Pierce has chocolate,and vanilla ice cream as he was curious about the flavors. Ava giggles now or then whenever he gets a brain freeze,he didn't understand how it happened but it made Ava giggle.

Before they could head back home,suddenly Ava was knocked out as Pierce was getting hit from the back of his head but he was still standing with blood bleeding behind his head but the weapon broke in half like Pierce was made of steel. He quickly caught Ava before she could hit the ground. He looked behind himself to see three men looking like thugs but the middle guy looked familiar to him.

That older man was from yesterday who tried to hurt Ava,he remembered that man has a huge bandage around his shoulder. The two other thugs were unfamiliar but it seems he had friends for backup.

"That's him! The one who nearly killed me!"

Pierce ignored his threat behind him,he was mainly focused on Ava's condition as if she wasn't waking up,he shook her shoulder. He was getting concerned,worried. He called out her name several times.

"Ava! Ava! Princess Ava! Wake up!" he shouted.

Suddenly,he noticed blood on the concrete,his pupils turned sharp once he turned Ava's head to see it was bleeding. Without noticing,the thugs approach him and Ava with tools in their hands. Pierce's heart began to beat faster,and faster then he lay down Ava on the concrete and turned his head,looking at his threat with those sharp pupils,he turned into his Daemos form.

The thugs stopped their tracks,and witnessed what they were seeing,they thought of their hallucinations but it looked so real.

Pierce turned himself around,and summoned his weapon. He understood what had happened to Ava,his pupils moving shaky,looking at his threats.

"Die..."

Back at the apartments,Ava is laying on her bed with bandages around her head to prevent bleeding. Ava is soundly asleep in her pajamas,she is still breathing. Meanwhile outside of her bedroom. The three Daemos looked at the front door with Pierce covered in blood,they stood there doing nothing but watch Pierce coming back home heading over to Ava's bedroom with his footprints covered in blood.

"I'll get the cats.."

"And I'll bring...music.."

Eventually,Pierce is all cleaned up and sleeping and even protecting Ava in his sleep,protecting her head without hurting her.

He loves her deeply,Pierce cares about her.

Protect the princess at all costs.
