Social Suicide

After the birthday party Hoseok had to drag Soohyun out of the house they both drove home in silence the only noise between them being the 10hr of Baby Shark that Soohyun insisted be played on repeat whenever she was in the car.

Once they arrived home Soohyun stomped to her room and hose rolled his eyes. "brat." he mumbled under his breath while he walked to his own room. he closed the door behind him and sat on his bed. he let out a small yawn before taking his phone out of his pocket and checking it. he had five new messages and two missed calls. all of which were from Jin. he opened the messages to his that Jin was in need of his assistance. hose let out a small chuckle and called Seokjin.

"Hoseok I've been calling you nonstop call day!" Hoseok was taken aback by Jins tone of voice. He sounded stress and in need of a good cry. "whoa hyung calm down and tell me what's wrong. did something happen at dress rehearsals?" Hoseok silently prayed that the answer would be no because he hated coming back to the club to see everyone in chaos. It was their job to keep things running at the club. Hoseok knew it was a two man job especially for a rehearsal this important. "y-yes something terrible happened.." Hoseok widened his eyes hearing Jin stutter. "Jin calm down whatever it is just tell me it can't be that bad." Hoseok heard Jin take a small breath.

"We lost our Burr..Jihoon broke his arm and his understudy got in trouble with a teacher so now the show is ruined. If we don't find a burr quick then we might have to cancel everything we've worked so hard for.." Hoseok cursed under his breath. He needed to think of something and quickly. The date for the play was in two weeks. He needed someone who could learn their lines quickly and have some form of acting skills. "Damnit. okay tomorrow at school I'll ask around I'm sure someone will be able to take Jihoon's place. Don't worry Jin hyung we can fix this."

"Thank you hobi seriously thank you so much in the mean time I'm gonna make sure that we don't lose anymore of our cast members. But on a happier note how was the birthday party? Full of little girls in pink?" Hoseok chuckled and laid back onto his bed. "Yes except for Soo he honestly didn't seem to mind the fact that she was running around looking as out of place as ever. Although you wouldn't believe who I saw there." Jin answered with a small "who?' Hoseok smiled as he pictured Jin lying down getting ready for Hoseok to go on and on like most nights when they fell asleep talking.

"Kim Namjoon.." pondered on the name almost like he himself was wondering if he had just said the name of the schools star quarter back. Almost as if he were wondering if he actually found out about his knack for painting or if he had actually come out to him. The only other person he's come out to was Jin who took it very well. "Hm? Really? Are we talking about the same Kim Namjoon?" Hoseok giggled. "One of our schools many meatheads? Ah Hoseok i hope you didn't do or say anything that could be detrimental yo know you can't trust people like him. They're always up to no good hobi."

Hoseok bit his lip. Would Jin be disappointed if if he told him that he came out to the schools most notorious meathead who couldn't be trusted? "He doesn't seem bad. He paints which he's actually not bad at it he could be a painter. But um I might of said a few things that I wasn't supposed to." Hoseok paused for a moment before he told Jin hoping that he wouldn't get mad. "like the fact that I like guys." Hoseok didn't hear anything on the other side of the line.

"hobo why would you do something like that. You know the people he hangs around with you know what would happen if that got out. Im not saying you shouldn't be yourself I'm just saying you should be careful is all. As your hyung its my duty to protect you and keep you safe." A smile grew on Hoseoks face. The thought of his favorite hung Seokjin protecting him made Hoseok feel giddy like a little schoolgirl. "Thank you hyung but I think I know what I'm doing either way I appreciate your concern. Plus me telling a meathead I'm gay isn't important right now. Whats I'm portent is that we find another Aron Burr." Hoseok yawners he started to feel sleepy. "But that can be important tomorrow right now I need some sleep talk to you tomorrow hyung."  and with that they both said their goodbyes and hung up.

Hoseok put his phone to the side table crawled under the covers he looked up at the ceiling for a while pondering over a few things. He wondered if they could find a new actor on time or if they put in all that work for nothing. He wondered if he saw Namjoon yesterday would the other male even look his way or would he tell everyone his little secret. Although Hoseok was gay he wasn't very open about it and after hearing what Jin had to to say about Namjoon made him regret even stepping foot into that party. After a while Hoseok had fallen into a deep sleep he curled up and snored peacefully throughout the night
