With the help of the black sky, covered with thick rainclouds, it was easy to hide the two large beasts running after the car. But, of course, we had regular stops as a dinosaur as the size of Levi could only run for so long. As for Archer, having most of his DNA of a raptor, he was doing just fine.

Damon gave me his hoodie once he had enough of me in cold air on my wet-clothed body. It took around four hours to get back home, along with the slow pace we had to go and the multiple stops for Levi.

The sun barely began to rise when we reached home. It is a roughly two-minute ride from the front gate to the actual house to keep our privacy. Not only the entrance to the house is an understandably long distance, so is our "backyard," as big as a farm for cattle. There is enough space to go on a walk around the perimeter all day, and still have more to go.

It will be perfect for both of the Indos to run around as much as they want. Just like what they would do if on an island. The only problem – which I'm sure I can handle – is feeding them. I'm more than sure there will be fights for territory, food, and probably my attention, which I'll be ready to deal with.

Good thing my brother brings enough money to our house for me not to have to work as I think I'll have to keep an eye on both creatures twenty-four seven. Also, because I've clearly lost my job, even if not directly informed about it.

"You good there, sis?" Damon opens the small glass window that connects the driver's cabin to where I was. (I don't think "bed" is the right name. I tried translating the Portuguese name for it, but it came out wrong. But I think you guys know what I mean.)

"I am. Are we getting there?" My droopy eyes are barely open enough for me to properly look at the two dinosaurs following the car. We are driving slowly as we were on the road that leads to the house, so there is no worry of someone spotting them.

"Yeah, a couple more seconds," I turn around and see our big house dozens of meters away and coming closer. I missed my house, my bed, and especially my food. "Where are we gonna put them?"

"That's a problem for later on," I am so tired I could doze off right about now-

"Isabella!" My eyes shot open when a male voice shouted my name. Damon's face is right above mine as his hands were on my shoulders. "Jeez, I thought you were dead," He sighs.

"Why?" I ask groggily as I sit up on the couch.

"You were knocked out as soon as I parked the car. I almost got eaten by your pet when I took you inside the house," He combs his hair back with his hand, looking stressed.

"Sorry about that," I chuckle dryly while he glares at me. "Where are they?"

"Just outside. Archer, I think that's his name, tried to get inside but almost broke the door frame," I look over to the front door and see the wood from the doorframe with some cracks.

"He is a clingy big boy," I shrug, then stand up.
